What a disgusting, horrible service. Ordered a phone over 4 weeks ago, it arrived - please note tracking system on their site does not work. I paid for an unlocked phone and I receive a locked one. I pay to see to which provider it is locked to and I keep on contacting them. No answer most of the days, if I'm lucky the day after I receive a measly apology. It has now been 3 weeks. My phone is still locked. No response from their "customer service". They send the wrong product and don't even have the decency to fix it, even though it should be a fairly easy procedure. I am physically and mentally tired of trying to call - nobody ever answers and of sending emails wondering when this phone will actually be unlocked. They had the guts to question if it is really locked, I had to send a picture to verify this. How disgusting.
