I purchased a phone on 6 June and still have not ...

I purchased a phone on 6 June and still have not received the phone. When I placed the order it said it would be 5-7 working days. I have constantly been trying to contact QMF but the lines are always engaged. I have emailed asking for a update on my order and they have been very unhelpful, they have told me they can not give me an expected delivery date. So I have paid for the phone, they cant give me a delivery date and just expect me to wait.. weeks or days? I can not get though to speak to some one there. This is the worst experience I have had ordering online. Totally unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
