Absolute joke of a company, customer service is non-existent and dealing with them for over a month has been a real pain. Most likely will only get a general response to this that they seem to copy and paste to everyone who complains, but just want to let other people thinking about using this company to know what an incredible hassle it is.
I ordered a refurbished iPhone 6s 64gb on 28 October and got an email saying it would be dispatched within 3-5 business days. I didn t hear anything from them, so after eight working days I emailed them asking for the phone and they replied saying there is a slight delay in the shipping due to extra quality control checks. Obviously, nobody had informed me of this prior to this email.
After more delays and several unhelpful emails later, I finally received a phone on 15 November, so 13 business days after I had purchased it. How it took them so long to perform these so-called quality checks, I do not know. However, the phone I received was an iPhone 6s with 16gb memory instead of the 64gb one I had purchased. Because they reply to emails very slowly, after two days of emailing back and forth I was told to send the phone back to them. I sent it back to them on 20 November and on 22 November they received it.
On the 24th I got an email saying they are processing a refund and I would receive it within 3-5 working days. Now, I had not asked for a refund because I really needed this phone, so I obviously asked them what on earth this was about. All I got back as a response was, Please ignore the previous email which was send by an error. No other explanation on what was going on with the return.
After sending them yet again another email asking after the phone I had purchased, on 25 November I was told it would be dispatched within 2-4 working days. The email also stated, You can track your order using the order tracker on our website- click here, with no link, and when I enquired about the tracker I was told there has been a slight glitch and that they re working on it. In a response to another review on 30 November, they said the tracker had been down for a few hours and that is a blatant lie, as it has been down for at least five days.
On 30 November, which marked the 4th working day after I had been told the phone would be dispatched, I emailed them asking for a confirmation that it would be dispatched. They told me it would be dispatched within the next 24-48 hours, proving that they yet again lied to me about the dispatch schedule.
They always send generic, copy+paste emails in response to my enquiries and I really have to drag any answers out of them. It s now been over a month since I purchased the phone, yet I ve not received a single heartfelt apology nor any compensation for this tedious process. So, if you re lucky, you might get a nice phone for a good price from them, but if anything goes even slightly wrong, dealing with the company takes forever and they re really dismissive in their correspondence to you.
I will update this if I ever actually receive the phone.
