I bought a phone off this company in December 2019...

I bought a phone off this company in December 2019. And it came 3 weeks into january! Had the phone for 3 weeks when suddenly the screen would not come on! So I got in touch and sent it back asking for a refund instead of a repair( as they state at time of purchase you have 12 month warranty) this was in early February. After a month of them not responding to my emails and saying that I will have a response soon. Nothing happened. So anyway fast forward to today (3rd June 2020) after claiming a cash back through Barclays Bank I was able to receive my refund. Quick mobile even sent me emails promising a refund within 5 days back in April!! Absolutely beyond me how they are still open and operating as a business when all they do is scam people! Do not ever buy from this company. Cheap prices for cheap, non responsive products.
