Absolutely disgusting. I cancelled my order due to how long it took to dispatch the phone.I was told it would be 14 days for my refund but now I'm told the refund will be on the 14th of May which is 2 months later.Do not purchase a phone from these people you will be disappointed and left a few hundred quid out of pocket. I have now got no choice but to contact my bank and get a charge against this company. It's all totally unnecessary.....why not stick to the agreement of a 14 day refund as stated in my emails.
