I sent my phone into Quick Mobile Fix on the 22/09/17, they acknowledged receipt on the 25/09/17.

I requested additional repairs when they listed the areas of damage. I originally ordered only a front screen replacement.

Emails were sent back and forth, as well as a few telephone calls which were pointless. The customer service team are unable to speak to the technicians, they can only send them emails.

On the 13/10/17 - SIX WEEKS after they had received the phone no repairs had been carried out and I requested the phone be returned to me.

The ONLY positive thing I can say about this company is that they did give me a 100% refund without any argument.
