I ordered online and only after I paid was it made...

I ordered online and only after I paid was it made clear that it was up to 10 days for despatch despite it being advertised as next day.

I then tried to cancel the order, no one responds to emails or phone calls for days. Almost two weeks later I got an email saying that my phone was being despatched despite sending several emails to cancel it.

Then finally I was told that its up to two weeks to get a refund, no sign of it yet 2 weeks on.

Update: I got back to my office after a holiday and they have delivered the phone. No idea how long this will take to resolve as as usual no one is answering the phone.

Further Update.

Its now the 20th November. A month ago I decided to drive to their office and return the phone BY HAND directly to their customer service manager. Its only 20 mins from my house so seemed better than posting it. He assured me the refund would be coming soon.

That was the 16th October. I still don't have a refund. They said it would be 10-14 working days. I gave them 20 and emailed again. This time they said that the refund needed to be by bank transfer as their payment provided has changed. I sent my bank details.

A week later I get another email saying I need to send my bank details.

I've had enough, thank god I bought this with my credit card and HSBC can pursue them for a refund on my behalf.
