Impressive selection of phones, however having placed my order I had had no notification of dispatch. Having contacted customer service I was told the phone I had chosen was not in stock and would I like an alternative colour. I did this only to be told that wasn't in stock either and that my original choice would be dispatched sooner. This took 2 weeks of having to wait for the 24hr delay for responses to emails. Eventually I was fed up of being messed around.

On the Friday morning I asked for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded, an agent event replied to this email, yet the following Tuesday I receive an email to say the order has been dispatched! I refused the delivery and told them I no longer wanted the phone and instead wanted a refund, yet I had 2 weeks of attempted deliveries. Eventually they got the message and had the phone back. I am now on working day 18 and still awaiting my refund. When I chased my refund on day 10 the customer service agent got quite sharp in their reply and told me to wait until day 14. Well still no refund and it's day 18. Apparently it's been passed to finance to expedite but I am not convinced. Totally shocking firm - they should not advertise stock they don't have, they should respond quicker to emails and refunds should be quicker.

I'm glad I paid by credit card as I will be contacting them under Section 75 follow this up. My order number is 175108.
