I bought one phone and had no issues it arrived within the timescale, two weeks later I purchased another phone ID299696, this however never arrived after 15 days, after constantly been fobbed off as to when it was coming I decided to cancel the order!!
I am currently still waiting for my refund, sorry but it doesn t take 14 days to refund someone s bank!!
Now I know they will be short staffed but even working from home it would be possible to transfer money.
