I would give minus stars if I could. Absolutely incompetent company and staff. I ordered 5 iPhones for work on the 3rd July under the impression that they would arrive the next day or at least by the end of the week which I was happy with. A week later they had not been dispatched. Like everyone else has said, it is almost impossible to get through on the phone, probably because so many people are trying to complain. I finally got through to someone who assured me that they would be dispatched the next day. They actually were! Then one arrived on its own. Another call to them after hours of trying, she didn't realise that I had ordered 5....hence why only one had arrived. From then until the end of July it was calls going unanswered and emails back and forth trying to get them sent out to me. I spoke to another person who assured me they would be dispatched the next day (why did I believe him), and I had had enough. I asked for a refund multiple times, which they ignored. Emails and emails demanding a refund, to then receive an email back stating that the phones had been dispatched so if I wanted a refund I needed to return them and go through the process blah blah blah. Overnight delivery apparently. From Saturday to Wednesday...doesn't sound like overnight to me. They finally arrived today, nearly a full month after ordering despite proclaiming next day delivery on their website.
A shame as I've ordered from them before and it has been really good, but this experience has put me off and I will never order from them again, and I would NOT recommend anyone else ever use them.
