Sadly I didn't see the reviews before purchasing. I ordered an iPad which was advertised as being in stock (4 in stock it said) and that it would be dispatched within 10 days. That was a month ago.

I spoke to someone and got through quickly after 8 days and he said we've a 'within 10 day policy' so just wait. After that I couldn't get through again on the phone. I emailed and they said they're experiencing delays and would I like a different color. I said no and they said they'd dispatch the one I ordered at the end of the week. That didn't happen so I emailed again. They responded saying they have a delay and would I like a different color again. I said no and they again said end of the week. That has not happened and now they're saying to wait. Been over a month now. VERY disappointed
