Scammers!

Scammers!
Delay to my ordered iPhone on the 15th Oct 2019, Still no phone on 25th Oct and was given option to cancel.Did this and still no refund on 19 Nov 2109. They didn't reply to any emails and they have no contact telephone number.
Contacted C Card company to get refund and it appears I'm not alone they were fully aware of this company! They advised that the company has no refund policy in their small print and this makes it hard to get refund.They advised not ask for refund wait 31 days and then they can get money back more easily
Don't be scammed like me, avoid like the plague!
