It took longer than the notified 7 working days for despatch of the pristine iPhone 7. Upon receipt I found the max capacity of the battery was 85%. With this being so easily shown on iPhones now, I do not know why this this is not detailed when advertised on the web page, as apparently although phones are 'refurbished', if as a used phone, the battery capacity is between 80 to 100%, then the battery is not changed during refurbishment. Despite an orange note advising if not happy with the phone, email or telephone, no phone number was given, which for a customer services dept, I find very annoying. Had to have extended exchange of email in the end to "discuss' the fact that the battery capacity was only 85%, despite the phone being 'pristine'. Being aged 70+, I hate to 'chat' or need to have extended email exchanges. For generations, human beings have discussed things by speaking to each other & to be advised that QMF phone lines were "unavailable" is not in my opinion acceptable.
This latest phone for me is a great improvement on my previous iPhone 5S & so I will not return for a refund, but run with it until the battery capacity is down to 80% & then send it for a new battery.
I think that QMF offer a sensible service for having a good choice of used phones vs paying silly prices for brand new, but I strongly suggest they take not of my comments above.
