Ordered an I Pad that didn`t work, sent back took ...

Ordered an I Pad that didn`t work, sent back took 3 week to repair. Bought a I Phone that has not arrived after 11 working days. They don`t answer the phone and take days to come back with a brush off answer.
Wouldn`t recommend ANYONE to use them. Doesn`t allow me to score the - 5 Stars. BEWARE/BE WARNED !!!
