My phone was late being delivered. Very hard to get in touch with. Then I found out my 'pristine' phone was in fact badly damaged. Returned and was promised a refund. Refund is now overdue (+15 working days) and I can't get a hold of them. Poor products and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE 19/09 I am STILL waiting for my refund (or at least an update) past the 48 hours they said it would take to investigate.
Can anyone suggest legal means I can take to get this sorted?
