Bought a reconditioned iPhone 5c..faulty. Took a week to organise a return and 3 weeks after I m still waiting for my refund.

Have chased on several occasions but getting very rude, single line responses stating your not due for a refund yet, it can take 14 days once we ve cleared the item . No info on how long it takes them to clear it.
