Worst service and interaction I've had for a very long time! I've bought three phones from QMF over the last couple of years, and in the main all have been okay, and even when I've needed to use the warranty for an issue, ( yes - they're a refurbished phone so don't expect them to perform like a new one for long ) it's been dealt with via their pre-paid returns process. The last time I had to do this however they had the phone for over three weeks. Then when we eventually got it back, the case was damaged - evidently glue used and leaked into behind the casing glass. So, not the biggest issue in the world, and indeed one we could accept as phone performance not impacted. However, the big issue is that having bought a top rated refurb phone, 6 months later and during the warranty period we now had a device one could not consider top rated A+ through no fault of our own. I followed their process of sending photos to show the damage, with their QA stickers still on the device, and explained to them we wouldn't return the phone and be without it agin for so long. All I asked was a recognition of the fault they'd caused by ways of some small financial compensation. In the end, QMF refused to do this - in essence it's their way or the highway...there is no acknowledgement that they've maybe messed up and that they value your custom and recommendations(which I'd done to more than one close friend / family). So that's that, but the true warning for y'all is the customer servicing. In short, the time between me raising this issue by email, and then eventually, actually getting someone to call me to discuss was 4 (four) months and 70+ (More than seventy!!!) emails!!!!!! I had every standard, copy and pasted, 'er, yes please thankyou explain your problem', 'we tried to call you', 'erm, what was it you wanted again?', 'ah, we are just hoping that you'll go away eventually' type response from them. It was unbelievable!. Now, (and finally) I guarantee you that should QMF add a response to this review, they will a) not take responsibility, b) suggest I did not follow their requests or suchlike, and c) most definitely give some random type reason that I'm in the wrong and they're not to blame. - this typifies the way they provide customer service. So, I'd suggest you don't bother with these guys, and if anyone would like to compare and contrast their copy and paste QMF responses for a laugh, let me know - I've got 35 of them to hand
