Absolute joke - had the phone for over 3 months & ...

Absolute joke - had the phone for over 3 months & after weekly emails finally replied with a total fob off 'your phone is on the way' - no it wasn't over 5 phone calls & various excuses they finally sent the phone back. Currently in contact with trading standards. Quick Mobile Fix - yeh if 3 months is quick!!!!
