Ordered a phone, which didn't arrive in tow months...

Ordered a phone, which didn't arrive in tow months. Took another 2 months to get a refund, which I ultimately had to request though my credit card company. Every time I tried calling, waiting time would be about an hour and they gave me false information. This company is a fraud avoid at all costs.
