Ordered a phone, chased up as not had despatch not...

Ordered a phone, chased up as not had despatch notification. Asked for clarity on do they actually have the phone I ordered for despatch but no response yet. Sorry but it doesn t take 10 working days to dispatch something due to COVID .

I also asked about a refund in the same email so still none the wiser

It s left me feeling not confident in them.
