VERY POOR SERVICE from this company. I ordered a phone over 1 month ago. They promised to dispatch on 2 separate occasions and they haven't. I have tried to call, but the phone keeps ringing out. I have requested a refund twice which they haven't progress. My next step is to inform the relevant authorities
