Gone for a very average 3 stars here im afraid and thats pushing it. Postage of the phone was brilliant all you have to do is read your emails and it states you need to print off the postage label - what dont people get about that? Costs all included - fab. When i received my phone back i was happy as larry and i couldnt wait to get started again! However shen i turned it on i noticed that the screen was not 100%. I saw that light was emitting from between the glass screen and the actual phone outerwear so they werent together fully and the touch sense is also a bit slow still. I also thought that they would check basic function of the camera on both sides but didnt and neither of them work so now my phone has to be sent back. I would have prefered it if they had checked basic function before sending it back to me and notified me with an email to say they have found further problems and if i was happy to pay and have them fixed, i would say that comes under basic customer care and taking the extra steps to have a happy customer. I will return to them as i think they are fairly priced especially for my phone as not many places will fix it. Its definitely an inconvenience but i shouldnt have to send my phone back a second time.
