Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered a phone from them, delivery was delayed so I chose to cancel the order as it was taking too long, choosing to order a phone from a more reliable source.

Took me FIVE attempts to even cancel the order - they just kept ignoring what I was saying, telling me it would soon be dispatched.

And despite several reminders I STILL haven't been refunded despite it being over a month since the order was (finally) cancelled!!!!

DO NOT use this service. God knows what the quality of the product would be like based from the pure awfulness of the customer service.

RE to the response. Details were pass to the finance manager 5 days ago and I STILL have heard nothing further.

I don't understand why it has taken this long to begin with, the cancellation request was put through by Quick Fix Mobile on the 18th July. I was told the refund would be processed with 10-14 working days. I still haven't received it.

And btw your customer service number rings and rings and rings and no one ever answers.
