Ordered a new phone which had not been dispatched after 2 weeks. Tried to cancel order & get a refund. After a week of back & forth I get am emailing detailing that dispatch had been delayed.
Finally after nearly 2 weeks of asking to cancel the order get a confirmation this has occurred. I am informed it takes 10 - 14 working days to get a refund. On day 15 I rang- after the 12th attempt I get through to be informed they couldn t process my refund as they had changed banks & I was lost in the system so could I forward my account details. After doing so I was told to expect refund soon. Tried to call to find out when soon was, after 2 days of trying they cut off the call & didn t answer. A week after being told this I tried to contact gain to request my refund. Only when calling from a different number did I get a response saying to expect a refund today. I have had no refund issued.
