I ordered an iphone 6 64GB and received iPhone 6s 16GB. Ive been trying to call this shop always engaged, automated email answering service, finally got through to a guy after 15 minutes who pretended he could not hear anyone on the line and hung up, They obviously leave you on hold then do this to everybody. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Wish I had read these reviews first this was my sons money for his confirmation so annoyed, my ID 154385 it would be a miracle to expect anything to come from this.

I note your reply, but did you read anything I said, the email is automated reply, no one answers the phone so do you have another email address? can you email me? you have my mobile number can you call me? prove to me that you have a good costumer service, I have already spent a small fortune ringing ( I live in Ireland) and been on hold for ages each time and no one answers.
