I ordered a phone on the 16th November it hadn't arrived by Xmas so I cancelled the order I asked for the refund by the 16th January allowing time for bank Holidays and non working days they said it would be the 11th February still no refund so now the 10th March they are absolutely disgusting and should be shut down
