Terrible experience, paid for an iPhone 8 which took a few weeks to arrive (fair enough as it was due to the pandemic), however when it arrived it didn't charge unless it was turned off. I sent it back to get fixed and waited 2 and a half months with barely any communication despite my numerous emails, only to be told they won't fix it unless I pay them more and they wouldn't refund my money. They were quick enough to send my phone back to me when I told them to just to get the whole experience over with & now that it has come back, the phone is in an even worse state and utterly unusable. Would be 0 stars if possible.
