Fantastic customer service! Ed Han and Ian Lawyer made my car buying experience easy and pleasant. I purchased a new BMW X5 from Passport with just a few quick phone calls and emails. And great followup by both even after I took the car home. Jeff, the finance manager, was also very professional and easy to work with. My product genius, Luigi, promptly came to my home a week later to reintroduce me to the features of the car and answer all of my questions. Ed was recommended to me by a friend, and I would highly recommend him, Ian, and the Passport team to anyone else in the market for a BMW.

I contacted Passport BMW regarding a 2016 M3 I saw for sale on Car Gurus. I was connected to Milos P. Over the phone who was very helpful and informative from the start. I made an appointment with Milos to come and see the car the following Day. He did not continue to call me and simply sent an email regarding our scheduled meeting. Out of courtesy I Immediatly emailed him back the next day to reschedule for Monday on a agreed upon time. Before arriving i received a nice email asking about my weekend and stating the car was ready for me to see whenever I get there. Within 5 minutes of arriving to Passport is was greeted by Milos and we took the car for a drive. After the test drive (the part no one likes) I decided to go to his office to talk a bit more about the car. Never did I feel pressure to buy or even talk more about it, the entire process was stress free and casual. He introduced me to the sales manager Ian who used the car for the last two years at the dealership and Ian told me all about the history of the car. Without even asking they offered me an additional discount on the car even before I said I wasn t ready to make the final decision. We spoke some more and before leaving, I was offered to take the car Home for the night to try it out further. Let s just say once I got that car Home, the deal was done. I did not want to give it back. Went back the next day and finalized the sale. I have not bought many cars over the years but I have to say this was very easy and stress free. The price was the best and the service was top notch. Everyone I met at the dealership from the sales team (Milos) finance (William) to the service manager even the billing ladies were so pleasant and just seemed to enjoy their job. Best of all NO ONE tried to sell me on ANY sort of add on plan. I would definitely recommend Passport BMW to anyone looking to buy a new or used BMW and ask for Milos you won t be disappointed.

I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience purchasing a used 2015 BMW 2 series at Passport BMW. My client advisor, Milos Petric, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as BMW services. His ability to communication this information was also impressive. Milos went out of his way to provide me with the information I requested including taking some photographs of the interior of the vehicle. He walked me through the entire process of purchasing the vehicle without any undue pressure. During my car search, I had visited several BMW dealerships in and out of the immediate area. Passport's service, professionalism and integrity easily won my patronage. I would highly recommend both Milos and Passport BMW for a first rate experience in purchasing a vehicle.

My experiences with Passport BMW have been nothing but great. I visited the dealership in early May 2014 and met Mark White, who little did I know would become my salesman and buddy. My time at the dealership was pleasant and fun and exciting and filled with laughs. The process of buying my new and FIRST EVER BMW was easy as making "apple pie". Mark was the key ingredient. I was not planning nor thinking about pre-ordering a custom built vehicle, but that is what I did and I loved it. THANKS MARK!!!!!

I had a phenomenal experience when working with Rodney Pegram, Client Advisor at Passport BMW! I had come in during July to "just browse" for a car. In meeting Rodney, he took great care to learn about me and what I was looking for in a car. He also took time to share his background as well as the role of a Client Advisor. I told him that I was only interested in looking and wasn't ready to buy. I wanted to see a car that I had viewed on Passport's website; therefore, the purpose of my visit was to put my eyes on the car as well as test drive. Having learned of my goal for that day, he proceeded to show me the car of interest and couple of other vehicles. He pulled specific features about each vehicle that matched what he had learned about me. Even though I didn't purchase a car on that day, I was sold on Rodney and when I was ready to buy, I'd be coming back to him! Fast forward two months, I have purchased a 5 Series BMW from Rodney! In the true sense of the word advisor, he is totally that! During both visits he provided me with pertinent and detailed information about various features of the vehicles based on what he learned was important to me. In addition, during the two month span, he kept in touch and checked in to find out if additional questions had come to mind. This is the type of service that I expect to receive when considering and ultimately making a big ticket purchase! And I am ecstatic to say that I was not disappointed! As long as Rodney Pegram is at Passport BMW, I'll be purchasing my vehicles there!

This entire experience at this dealership has been...

This entire experience at this dealership has been awful. I was buying a car from out of state. They had no experience with this apparently, and handled it terribly. Tony the manager was very rude and especially unhelpful. The only thing I asked him for was a copy of the release date for my vehicle for insurance purposes and he told me that he "wasn't obliged to help me at this point", and that he wasn't going to help me. $300 dealership fee.. for an awful dealership. Throughout all of this, they tried telling me that I was an awful customer -_- and trying to "slander their good name". I actually work in customer service. If they would have clarified their signature things or whatever for a first- time car buyer, and simply sent the paperwork that I needed to save me for a month of insurance that I didn't use (because the car wasn't released to me until a month after I paid my insurance), there wouldn't have been any problems. But instead I got this awful experience. I'm not slandering "their good name" they provide awful customer service and are extremely unorganized and treated me terribly.

I have never driven a BMW product. I was introduced to Mr. Rodney Pegram at the Passport BMW located in Suitland Maryland. Mr. Pegram made me and my girlfriend feel like family. We even had a connection with the work he also does at the High School, my youngest son attended and graduated with honors. We established his sincerity with his work in providing us with what i was looking for in a vehicle through not only his knowledge but his concern . I test drove two BMW's products and purchased a 4-Series.. What a great experience we had working with Mr. Pegram. He definitely stands with the best in service to the customers. Thanks Rodney.

This review does not reflect the sales department. The service department use to be great but my last visit caused me to lose all trust for Passport BMW.

I had a routine oil change appointment for my M4. The clerk claimed I was in need of many new maintenance issues. She claimed she pulled the data from my key and instantly said "I recommend you purchase one of our maintenance packages at $2k. It will save you a lot instead of only going with the oil change." When I looked confused she immediately said "IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT WE OFFER LOANS". I ignored her comment and asked for the oil change price. She quoted me at $280. She then continued to make excuses such as "It's an M4" in a mocking tone. I declined and made an appointment at a different BMW dealership. They pulled no other required/recommended maintenance other than an oil change from my vehicle data. They quoted me for an oil change at $140.

Please do your due diligence and research before making an appointment for maintenance anywhere.

Perfect dealership, they really could give you best deal possible even on special order. I special order car from them, dealer part of whole process was perfect all them way up to car delivery. Aarion Browne was extremely helpful thru process thru whole process and even pick me up from airport on delivery day.
I'm extremely satisfied and definitely will buy from them again, in fact next car for my wife very probably will be from them and sure I'll try to get Aarion to be my salesman again!

My husband and I drove here on a Sunday from Richmond, VA to look at an X3 xDrive35i we saw online. We had an appointment with Racquel who greeted us promptly and was very professional. She answered all our questions and seemed very genuine, which is hard to come by in dealerships from my experiences. The price on the car was one of the better deals I had come across and I had been researching for months. We also decided to see what we would get on a trade in for our 2016 Kia Sorento which we knew we were very upside down on. We did have to go back and forth a bit with Mike on what they would give us but they ended up matching what CarMax had offered and we were happy with that. The transaction was the smoothest I've ever had at a dealership and we even ended up getting a better finance rate from them than we had from USAA. The experience with finance was also a great one, Marco got us in and out quickly and he didn't try to push anything extra on us which was great. Since it was a Sunday, the parts department was closed so I wasn't able to get my car mats but Racquel gave me a choice between the regular and all-weather mats and told me they would be put in the mail on Monday. I chose the all-weather mats and had to call her on Monday to let her know we were also missing the front license plate mount. As promised I received my package with the mats and mount on Friday, talk about great customer service! They really make you feel like you're part of the family. I usually don't write reviews but these guys definitely deserve all the kudos!

I bought my car a week or so ago, and I've had a great experience with them. Aarion Browne is a wonderful salesman, very upfront about everything, which I appreciate. And he's continued to be in touch and make sure everything is going well. Luigi has been very helpful in helping answer any technology-based questions I've had since having the car.

My only complaint is that when we actually went to buy the car, and we had our toddler with us, it took about 30 minutes of our just sitting there waiting so we could meet with the finance guy and sign whatever paperwork he needed. It felt like that process was artificially drawn out for some reason. And by the time he was ready for us, my toddler was in full-on meltdown. I don't blame Aarion for that, though, I think he was probably frustrated with that process, as well.

So all in all, I'd say Passport gives you a good deal and has great customer service.

I had a great experience at Passport. The staff is unpretentious but know their product very well. Traveled in from MT to buy a car from these folks because they came highly recommended and I can also highly recommend them to others.
I dealt with Mr Barry Vermillion and I can recommend him to you all. He provided a relaxed, informative, low-pressure, and enjoyable buying experience and will definitely be going to him in the future.

We drove 8 hours to find their selection and service far exceeded our expectations. The sales staff especially Jake, were knowledgeable, fast, courteous, and most importantly not pushy. I felt no pressure, and they listened to what my wife and I were wanting in a vehicle.
Jeff in the finance department was top notch on knowledge and not being pushy.
The BMW Genius Abdiel was very customer friendly, and very knowledgeable. He went over every aspect of the tech side of the car with us and answered every question I could think of. Like the rest of the employees here took their time with us and made us feel like the the only people there buying a car.
We actually had a fun experience buying a car from here.

I have a dealership right down the road from my home in Virginia but after stopping in Passport and meeting Sean Swartz I had no problem driving a longer distance. Sean was great. He was extremely helpful, personable and accommodating. Sean made the buying experience simple. This is my third BMW and Sean and Passport made it the best experience yet.

We went into Passport BMW after visiting their Infiniti dealership in Alexandria. Our lease was up on our Infiniti and my wife had always wanted a BMW. We spoke with Willie McGhee who worked tirelessly to find my wife the vehicle that she wanted at the price point that was affordable.

I'll admit I walked in only to look and price out vehicles but after dealing with Willie and the rest of the staff, I had no qualms about making an immediate purchase.

I'll be back soon when the lease is up on my car and will definitely be approaching Willie McGhee for my trade-in.

This is now my 4th car from this dealership, the third where I dealt with Annamarie Pistone. Every experience has been a delight, throughout the entire leasing process and while I've had the cars. There is a BMW dealership much closer to me but I gladly travel the 45 minutes in order to enjoy Passport's service. It has my strongest recommendation. When this lease is up, I'll be back. Brandon Kim is the best. We had spoken with him on the phone about a pre-owned Pontiac G8 GT that was advertised on the internet. He was extremely helpful over the phone in providing the information that we needed. We had test driven a similar vehicle in our local area, but we were not sure about purchasing that vehicle. We decided that we would drive from Southern NJ to Passport BMW due to the advertised condition of this vehicle. We were very impressed with the condition of the vehicle, and Brandon and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. We decided to purchase the vehicle on the spot, and we drove it home that same day.We love the car, and people constantly ask us if it is brand new. We would drive the distance (over 2 hours) to purchase a car from Brandon and Passport BMW again. It was a very positive buying experience, and that is not something one can usually say in the usual "high pressure" at most dealerships. Do not hesitate to drive the extra distance to Passport BMW, and remember to ask for Brandon Kim.

My lease with Passport BMW was coming to an end an...

My lease with Passport BMW was coming to an end and I was contacted by Max Manes to see how he could help me transition to a new lease.
Though the sales person that had helped me with my current lease was very nice, my experience was less than satisfying and I left rather frustrated. Passport is not convenient to me and since my last experience was less than stellar, I had decided to simply go to a dealer close to my home. Max turned everything around! He listened to my concerns, heard exactly what I wanted and asked for my business in the most professional and un pushy, (is that a word?) way. He sent me images of the cars that had the features we had discussed and knowing I was reluctant to drive out to his dealership, he offered to bring the car to me, which he did! He also brought along a BMW Genius to sit with me and show me the new features that were not in my former car. I am beyond impressed with Max' professionalism, personality, knowledge about his product and his concern to make sure I ended up with exactly what I wanted. He really delivered! Ten stars to Max and to Passport for being smart enough to hire him. The finance guy that facilitated the lease contract, DaVaughn Paige was also a dream to work with and made sure I had an agreement that I was happy with, plus, he has a wonderful personality! Another excellent experience. I will continue to give my business to Passport BMW because of Max and DaVaughn.

Going above and beyond he made the car buying experience less painful and even made himself available for questions well after we got the car. We just picked up our new car from Passport -- ove...

We just picked up our new car from Passport -- overall, it was a good experience as the sales department was courteous and prompt in responding to us. They also worked with us to get into the car we wanted at a price that was reasonable. For Sales, no complaints and an all around good experience.

The experience however was far from perfect and we had a number of hiccups when we went to pickup our car, after finalizing all details on the phone. First, we had to work with sales to correct a number of "flaws" on the car. There were some minor cosmetic "knicks" and some dirt we wanted taken care of - they never asked twice or declined. Of course, if we're buying a car, we expect those to be caught prior and it to be spotless. We want it to look new and be detailed! Oh well, it happens and they corrected them all perfectly before we left. Thank you for that!

We also expected pickup to take about an hour -- we ended up being at the dealer for 3 hours, during COVID no less, being in and out of the dealership and into offices. Part of that was cleaning up the items i noted above, so that's understood. After verbally agreeing to all terms and even signing all docs on our car at the dealership, we were sent to finance to finalize the details (I thought we did that...). Upon sitting down we were told our price wasn't our price and that "we're finance and they're sales, they're not always right" -- we had already locked in the deal! After some significant skepticism, Finance went to check with sales. Thankfully sales was in agreement, and well, we had already signed everything. Then came the heavy sales pitch on extended warranties (whatever, I had asked for info on those), though we were scoffed at for declining them (and for previously driving a Buick... ). Anyway, we declined the warranties and just had to get out of the dealership at that point. We were essentially ushered away to finalize payment and off we went. Once we decided to not move ahead with a warranty, finance couldn't have been quicker to get rid of us. I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention that not everyone in the dealership had masks on. It was just one employee we saw wandering around without one, who wasn't working with us luckily.

Anyway, back to Sales. They helped get us off the lot and off we went. As I said, Passport helped get us into the car we wanted, at the price we could manage. We're thrilled. The whole experience just left a sour taste in our mouth after the Finance experience and the length of time at the dealership. Not what I'd expect from a BMW dealer especially when it should be an exciting experience. It'd be a 4 or 5 otherwise.

After confirming they had the car and that I was driving 50 mins to do business ... they accepted a phone deposit while I was standing in front of them in the showroom. I had a blank check and was obviously serious since I drove 38 miles. Competing salesman smiled and joked that he "beat me to it", more interested in his $10 commission than the wasted 2 hours out of my day. This is no way to do business and the sales manager allowed it to happen. Don't do business with them if you value your time. Completely unprofessional. Will NEVER deal with ANY of Passport dealerships in the future.

Teric was wonderful to work with. He took the time to explain to me all of the features of the car and how to use them. His patience and knowledge of the car were exceptional. I was offered an honest and fair price both for my trade and my new purchase. This was my first exposure to BMW and it was terrific. I may never own another car brand. Thanks, Teric!!!!

The finance team was also great. Though I was paying for the car in full, they still took the time to explain the service options and all the paperwork.

The follow up after the sale was awesome too. I got a call from Teric the next day to see how I was adjusting to the car and to answer any questions I might have thought of since I left the dealership.

The best compliment I can give is that I felt like I was working with friends and never felt like I was even at a car dealership! Bravo all the way around.

I have leased several (6 now?) cars over many years from this dealership. They are just fantastic to work with in every department. The sales, leasing, and service department all always make me feel like we are their one and only customer. Tom Foster (full disclosure, he is my dad ) has always been great in helping me find the right car for my family, Joe Long - the Big Kahuna - always there to make sure we are happy with the process. But it's really the service department that makes the difference - after we lease the vehicle. Katarina is just the best. I just took delivery on my new 2016 X3 with the M Sport option from Passport BMW! It's the best car I've ever owned. I'll be spending lots of enjoyable hours at the wheel! I drove from Yorktown VA to Passport BMW in Maryland based off a vehicle available in their inventory. It was to be a gift for my wife, NaNa my salesman was knowledgeable, and patient, he was waiting on me for our confirmed appointment when I arrived. I took the vehicle back to VA and unfortunately my wife was not thrilled with the color of the upholstery on the car I selected. We drove back two days later and PASSPORT BMW was incredible, we were able to change the car with something my wife liked without penalty, The finance department was awesome. As an owner of a business I have purchased close to 35 vehicles in the past 10 years, under every circumstance this by far was the best experience business and personal when purchasing a car. First and foremost, I would like to say that my overall car buying experience at Passport BMW was extremely exceptional! My journey began on Jan 29th, with the receipt of a third party notification via email that a 2013 BMW M5 was for sale at their dealership. I received an immediate email and initial phone call from Giselle Pearson in the Sales Dept. requesting if I would like to make an appointment to come and see the vehicle. Regrettably, not purposely, I missed not one, but two appointments with her. However, she continued to contact me to come in. I also was monitoring the car online and saw that it went through two price drops. On the final one, just as I was about to contact Giselle, but to my pleasant surprise she contacted me first. By this time, the timeframe is now Feb. 26th and with the most recent price drop I knew the car wouldn t last long before someone purchased it. Therefore, I setup another appointment with Giselle the next day and reassured her I would come by.

Upon my arrival, as promised, she had the car ready and waiting for me to check out and test drive (special thanks to VJ who accompanied me on the test drive and explained the features of the car). I had obtained my financing prior to coming in. My trade in also had some negative equity. The first offered price was a few thousand dollars over my approved loan amount and I didn t want to have my credit ran through other banks and lenders to lessen inquiries on my report. Plus I had a great interest rate from my credit union. I informed Giselle of the situation and she went to talk to one of the Finance Mgrs., Eric Johnson.

All three of us sat down and consulted very briefly, quickly and effectively. Eric listened to my needs and concerns and true to his word came back with an offer. The final pricing given was aligned with my loan approval amount which allowed me to proceed with the purchase the car! The following day both Eric and Giselle were not working. However, they were kind enough to offer their personal time for me to contact them directly to complete the purchase. Giselle made arrangements for one of her sales peers, Rachel Clancy to assist me with all of the paperwork and close the deal.

On Feb. 27th, the day of pick up for the car, I had to make a stop to obtain my checks for the loan and down payment from two different banks in the area. And for those who do not know this, the traffic in the metro DC/MD/VA area is the absolute worse! And ranks as such in the top three states that do within the US. Unfortunately, the awful traffic was making me late for my intended time to arrive. However, Rachel graciously stayed later than she should have to allow me time to get there. She arranged to have the car cleaned and serviced for pick up too.

Upon my arrival (finally after an hour and a half commute), the Finance Mgr. Hassan, professionally and expeditiously competed my required paperwork. The delightful Miss Peggy processed my final payments. And within 45 minutes I was done and on the road with my new car!

In conclusion, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Giselle, Eric, VJ, Rachel, Hassan and Miss Peggy for their time, patience, professionalism and courtesy throughout this entire process. Your hard work and diligence with customers such as myself exceeds expectations. When a customer receives this types of treatment, it creates repeat business by changing an individual from a new customer to a returning long term customer . I highly recommend to anyone in need of a car to go see Passport BMW and check out their quality inventory and visit ALL the wonderful and friendly staff.

I visited Passport BMW on Thanksgiving weekend and test drove a new 2016 X1. My Client Advisor, Teric, was professional, respectful, helpful and patient throughout my decision and purchase process. I ran into the General Manager, David, at the dealership's coffee station. Teric introduced us to each other, and David was very personable. When it came to making a purchase decision, rather than going back and forth, Teric brought in Tony to explain the possible purchase price, trade-in value and financing options for me to consider. At no time did I feel pressured and both Teric and Tony listened to my own purchase criteria and financial constraints. In fact, both respected and understood that I was not yet ready to make a decision and I departed to think about whether I was ready "to put myself into a new BMW". Teric touched base with me by text and phone a couple of times just to check-in if I had any questions, but again - I felt no pressure. I made an appointment with Teric several days later, we agreed upon a purchase price over the phone, I explained it was a work day and I did not want to spend 2-3 hours at the dealership processing paper. Teric emailed me most of the paperwork that needed to be completed which I completed and faxed back to him. When I arrived at Passport, Teric quickly took care of me, confirmed the purchase price,while Tony explained the finance options. The final portion of the purchase contract process was handled most professionally by Passport's Business Manager, Jeff, who clearly explained the extended maintenance options, carefully and efficiently laid out and explained all of the papers to be reviewed and signed, and took the time to answer the few questions I had regarding my purchase. Jeff was most personable, was the consummate professional and invited me to contact him with any questions following my purchase. About a week after my purchase, one of Passport's BMW Geniuses, Luigi, drove about 30 miles to my place of work in Columbia, MD and patiently and competently walked me through all of the features of my new X1. In 90 minutes, Luigi walked me through most key functionality and answered in detail each of the 20+ questions that I threw at him. I have been very satisfied with my new X1 and even more satisfied with the outstanding before, during, and after of my purchase process with all of the Passport BMW team who have worked with me. Passport BMW exemplifies what the car buying experience should be. While many dealerships may strive for this level of professionalism, expertise, respect, and patience, Passport BMW fulfills their commitment to each customer. At least this customer.

What a pleasure it was from start to finish to work with my Passport sales representative John Accettullo. He responded quickly to my email, and the pricing was up front with total clarity - no games and hidden costs as I had been experiencing with other dealers. Even though we were corresponding between Maryland and Florida, the purchase procedure was seamless. This has been a long process but TJ, Passport s Service Manager pulled through for me. I had an issue with the cigarette lighter located near the cupholders. My Escort radar detector that I ve had since 2006 in other BMW models would no longer work in the 2020 BMW 330XI. Also, the BMW Wireless Cup Charger that came with the car would not even work in the car without modifications to the adapter. :(

TJ persisted and contacted BMW corporate and found a solution. He even stopped by my house so I would not have to drive back to the dealership since it is 40 miles away. He switched the cup holder out for the modified model and everything worked perfectly like it should.

Bought a new X3 M40i from Passport BMW recently. I shopped around all over the East Coast and spoke to many BMW dealers, nobody came close to the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of Nathan Tibbetts. After reaching out about a car I saw online and spending a day or two working out the best deal with Nathan, I realized at the last minute that I had given Nathan the wrong car stock number to work off. Instead of getting frustrated with the fact I wasted his time, Nathan remained extremely calm, polite and professional and found me the perfect M40i from a dealership 50 miles away. He went to pick up the car personally from the other dealer and drove it back to Passport BMW. Most other salespeople would have moved on to other potential clients, but Nathan was determined to help get me the exact car that I wanted, instead of trying to sell me on the car I had reached out about. To top things off, Nathan drove the car to me in NYC from MD since it was on his way visiting an acquaintance over the weekend. The only reason Passport BMW made the sale was due to Nathan's outstanding service, friendliness and knowledge. Definitely ask for him if you're considering a BMW at Passport or surrounding dealers.

I was introduced to Passport via the Consumer Reports buying service. Passport called and throughout the process was extremely courteous and patient. Since I live in Virginia , I was dubious about buying from a place 22 miles away despite the lower price being offered. They explained their VIP service in which they come to pick up my car and then leave a loaner for scheduled service and repairs. None of the dealers I talked to in VA would even guarantee me a loaner.

The delivery of the car was seamless and the car is great so far.

After one year the one year service went very well indeed. The VIP service provided for my car to be picker up and an loaner given to me. All went well and my car was returned looking very very nice the same day

I had the pleasure of working with Charles on December 4th. We went from purchasing a used car to a new car. Charles was awesome from the initial call. He was patient and always followed up making sure he answered any questions and worked with us getting the best deal ironed out. I am extremely hard to please as I can be excessive with looking the car over and over for scratches, spots and any defects that can be found. Charles let me be me and even on a new car I found a small scratch on the rear bumper that they will take care of. Once we agreed on a price we went on to the finance table and worked with Jeff and I am not going to lie I was a little scared as in previous new car purchases this is where the deal would stall. The finance portion was easy and quick and we appreciated Jeff s demeanor and honesty with no games as other dealers do. I ve purchased seven vehicles before and this was the best experience I ve had. BMW of passport has earned another customer and I look forward to purchasing vehicles in the future with Charles and Jeff.

Updating my review from a 5-star to a 1-star review. The buying experience was great, but this place literally can't change a tire when it comes to service. It took 3 attempts to get one tire replaced, and after the tire finally was properly replaced the car was returned with a bent strut.

Absolutely will not be doing business with Passport again.

Bought a brand new M4 from none other than Ray Riller, excellent sales men and overall great person! His customer service and knowledge about the car buying experience was superb! I came in to the dealership and everyone was very nice to me right off the bat, I asked about custom ordering a new M4 and Ray Riller was there to assist me every step of the way and answer all my questions. I told them I would hate to wait because I m a very impatient person so Ian (new car sales manger) actually looked all over different dealerships across the US to see if they had the exact car I wanted but unfortunately couldn t find one. Got a great price on the car and it got to the dealership in just over a month from the expected 2 months. Been driving it for a couple weeks and Ray and still calls me from time to time to make sure everything is going great. I would definitely buy another car here.
