I purchased a new BMW and once the deal was complete, I was kicked to the waiting waiting for my delivery. They said it was ready for me to drive away and it looked like some used a mop to clean it. Worst delivery I have ever experienced. I m from Virginia so they told me swing by thier passport mini dealer to get the state inspection and said it would take minutes since the car is brand new. I stopped over to the mini dealer and they said they would try and get it done in the an hour but no guarantee... the guy at mini basically had an attitude of doing my BMW. It was like I was causing him to do more work.
Bottom Line: great service until the deal is done.
I recently ordered and leased a 2017 230i convertible from passport BMW. The car is lovely to look at and exciting to drive. The whole experience was facilitated by William McGhee, who provided excellent service and information throughout the process.
Not many exist nowadays, but he was up front and straightforward with every leg of the buying process, and things were handled in an orderly and relatively swift fashion. Just the way I prefer things to be done. I would recommend Passport and specifically Al for your next BMW purchase in the DC metro area.

Ben Stith was my client advisor. Ben was a true professional, he simplified the transaction by helping me complete most of the paperwork and credit application on-line before coming to the dealership, therefore I was only at the dealership about an hour! After completing the financial paperwork, having instruction about the car, I was out the door with my new vehicle.
Started looking at BMW X1's this past month. Stumbled across a 2017 that appeared to be a pretty good deal. I was on a third party site that had the Vehicle listed from BMW passport of Maryland. I clicked on, I am interested in this vehicle and I kid you not within 35 seconds I received a call from their sales person, Ben Stith. He asked me details on what I was looking for. Answered all of my questions, gave me a detail account of what the dealership is all about. To be honest initially I thought it was just another sh-peel about, you know we are the best, yadi yadi yada, but I soon found out that these guys go above and beyond to make sure that you have an amazing experience. I told Ben that I had already driven the car and was interested in it, I will come only if the price is right and then we can test drive this vehicle specifically. He asked if he can call me back and sure enough within an hour later, I had an offer that... I honestly didn't even have to re-negotiate. I knew it was an excellent deal. I scheduled the time to come and see the car the next day, the car was already parked in the front and Ben was waiting for us. We went through the test drive, did the paperwork and were sitting in the finance managers office in less then 1.5 hours. Which I think is phenomenal, considering most people spend 7-8 years average at a dealership. Once at the finance office, I met Jeff Steel. Personally, I have never met another finance person like that, specially at a car dealership before. He was very nice, laid out all of our options and did not try to do an unnecessary up sell. He recommended what options are reasonable and why. He also gave us some good financial advise on what are best down payment options (even if you have extra) and what are some of the best ways to make the payment. All in all I was out of the dealership with my new car in 2.5 hours. I have never experienced anything like this at another dealership. And if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle and would like to get a luxury experience, please start your search with Passport BMW. I know I will be coming back for the remaining 3 cars :).

Very disappointed with Passport BMW after being a loyal customer for years. The turbos on my 2008 535i went out. It would have cost me $7k to get fixed by Passport. This is after I paid $6k a couple of months ago for another issue. They never suggested trading in my car for a new due to the repair would cost a lot more than the car was worth. They have lost a customer in me.
After going to 9 dealerships in the DC metro area, I finally chose to go with Passport for my 2021 X6 M. I highly recommend dealing with Rachel Clancy - her customer service is amazing, she's a honest salesperson, and she truly went out of her way to accommodate me. As someone who works in customer service, I appreciate when I encounter others who provide an amazing experience. At Passport, I was always welcomed on a first name basis, even by a few client advisors with whom I had never spoken! And they were incredible following up with me, letting me know that they were there if I needed anything.
After delivery, I noticed that some superficial stains in the interior were still present after William had mentioned the detail department would handle that beforehand. He made sure that when I expressed dissatisfaction about the cleanliness of the interior, he would made it right.
Also, after all the paperwork was signed, he threw in all-weather floor mats, just for that extra added touch of customer service. MADE MY DAY!

Very deceptive, they advertise vehicles that are already pre-sold as being "for sale." The salesman even admitted they use this tactic to bring in new customers. So they start off a new customer relationship with deceptive advertising and lies, cool. Thanks for wasting my time, at least now I know where not to buy a new BMW.

Worst experience ever! Brand new vehicle has A/C unit blowing out white dust/particles and still hasn't been fixed by the dealer. In this 90+ hot weather I have no A/C in a brand new vehicle... What a joke! Also, Sales advior (Aarion Browne) I was dealing with has little to no clue on vehicle information and he is a LIAR! After making the purchase I found a "Stolen Vehicle Recovery" document in the glove compartment with some guy's name with same VIN# as mine. So I asked him about it, and he said the person never got "approved" and sale never went through. Something didn't feel right so I decided to give a call to the guy who supposedly never got approved, come to find out he actually bought the vehicle and returned it within hour or so! Wtf! Really? I would never trust this dealer and give my business again! Be aware folks! These scumbags don't give a damn about you as long as they make the sale!
There is nothing good to say about this dealer. Service is slow and so hard to reach anyone. This has been the worst car buying experience I ever had.

We had a wonderful experience buying our vehicle from Passport BMW. We came in with a specific car in mind, so the search was pretty quick - one test drive and we were sold, so I can't speak much to people who are still test driving multiple cars. But the facility is clean, and the people were all very friendly. We didn't feel pressured to buy like at some other places we've gone. Rachel helped us throughout the process, and when we ended up getting a new battery installed and couldn't take the car home with us, she dropped it off at our house later that week. I'd use them again the next time we're in the market for a car.

This is a great dealership, there customer service is superb. They make sure they find the issue you have with your bmw and take care of it for you. The prices are reasonable for a BMW dealership. I recommend anyone who has a BMW to go to this dealership. Please don't take your car to a shop that says they specialize in BMW maintenance, no one specializes in BMWs more than passport BMW.
