I had a terrific experience from start to finish with Joon. He took exceptional care of my shopping research (I was new to car buying) and was quick to provide feedback and a relaxed dialog. I ended up getting a wonderful Alpine white M 440i after a few weeks of research and test-drives. I will definitely be going back to do more business and I'm referring my friends here too. Just a solid solid series of meetings from the beginning to the end...ask for Joon! A++++ -J
