This has been a long process but TJ, Passport s Service Manager pulled through for me. I had an issue with the cigarette lighter located near the cupholders. My Escort radar detector that I ve had since 2006 in other BMW models would no longer work in the 2020 BMW 330XI. Also, the BMW Wireless Cup Charger that came with the car would not even work in the car without modifications to the adapter. :(

TJ persisted and contacted BMW corporate and found a solution. He even stopped by my house so I would not have to drive back to the dealership since it is 40 miles away. He switched the cup holder out for the modified model and everything worked perfectly like it should.
