From the initial contact about a vehicle I was interested in, the whole process went very efficiently and smoothly, businesslike but still personal. Teric Khairzada had the car and paperwork ready for me when I arrived, after a good test drive, the paperwork was completed quickly and the whole process took a couple of hours.

I just received my plates, UPS'd to me so I don't have to visit, and am very happy with both the vehicle and the service, thank you again Teric :)

I accompanied my wife to turn in her vehicle since she was at the end of her lease and needless to say we both walked out with BMW's. Nana Prempeh was very knowledgable of the different models and accommodating that each vehicle could provide us. The transaction was smooth and it did not take long at all. We did not feel pressured nor rushed. Nana walked us through the entire process and by the end of the transaction it felt as if I was having a conversation with a family member and not a Client Advisor. We are beyond thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Nana.

Had a very nice experience at the dealership. Nana, my CA was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I had built the car online and sent it to the dealership to get a quote. Nana came back with an excellent deal. I had researched quite a bit, before pulling the trigger, so knew the deal being offered was one of the best in this region. He also locked me in for the lowest finance rate being offered by BMW. Since the car was custom ordered, Nana procured an allocation for us and put the order in. He was always updating me about the car's progress, He was also kind enough to come in on a Sunday (which incidentally was his off day), so that we could come in and pick the car up. It was my first BMW and I had an amazing experience at the dealership. The financial manager was also very friendly and surprisingly he was not pushy like other financial managers, which I should really commend upon. The BMW genius, was also well knowledgeable about the car details and guided me well. All in all, I drove 250 miles from North East PA to get my car and I have no regrets. Will definitely recommend Nana and Passport BMW to my friends and might even contact them again, since my wife has started developing an interest in getting her own BMW as well..

I drove 6 1/2 hours from South Carolina to purchase my car from BMW Passport. That sentence right there let's you know that they have the best prices in the Tri-State Area and the best hassle-free,smooth,flawless transaction which I highly recommend. I dealt with MILOS PETRIC Awesome Salesperson (On Point and Great Customer Communication) We did everything Online till the pickup where papers were signed and out the door with our vehicle.I rented a one way car rental in SC and dropped it off at the Enterprise up the block from them. So living in another state isn't a problem if you want a great price and awesome buying experience from them. Again see MILOS PETRIC for a smooth,flawless and hassle-free purchase.

Passport BMW delivered one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. Victor Chung deserves great praise for making the process very efficient and friendly. The entire Passport team showed that they were interested in getting my business, including beating the terms offered by other BMW DC-Maryland-Virginia dealers. The entire team moved very fast to find, close on and deliver the vehicle I wanted. Post-sale customer service (including follow-up calls from Victor regarding license plates, technology and my overall satisfaction with my new car) has been exceptional. As an owner of multiple BMWs, I am familiar with the local dealerships. I was initially reluctant to make the long trip to Marlow Heights, but I am glad I did. I encourage anyone in the greater DC area shopping for a BMW to deal with Passport BMW, and I recommend that you ask for Victor Chung as your guide to the excellent Passport team!

This is my second time in the same year I bought an X5 from BMW passport! I bought my first BMW in March and got rear ended and was totaled Nov 1st and now I just went back this past weekend and got another one! Ben Stith is AWESOME he is my go to guy!!! I called Ben right away after my accident and he ensured I would get a great deal! I made an appointment and he had cars ready for me to look at when I got there! Highly recommended Ben...you will absolutely love him!!!! Shout to Ben! You ROCK!

Aarion Browne (located at the Passport BMW in Marlow Heights) took the time to hear me out, factoring each detail and concern I had, and was able to place my family and I in the perfect SUV. I've taken my previous lease to Passport for service since moving to DC a little over a year ago, and they have always been excellent, so when my lease was up, it was pretty clear who I should work with for my new car. They did not disappoint. John Accettullo and Ben Stith were wonderful to work with, spent as much time with me as I needed, let me drive the cars I was interested in over and over, and then went above and beyond to figure out what would work for me and my budget. Could not be happier with my new 530e. She's a beautiful car, and a smooth ride. Would totally recommend checking out Passport BMW if you're in the market.

I had a pleasant experience at Passport BMW from end to end. I dealt with Aarion Browne, the Sales consultant. He let me set my expectations and we were upfront with each other. It took me 3 weeks, due to exigencies, from the time I visited Passport first and by the time I committed. I went in to buy a loaner vehicle and walked out satisfied with a new one. There were no pressure sales at any point. Aarion Browne made sure that my needs were met throughout the process until I walked out with the keys. He made sure that things went smooth. My wait time at the dealership was close to zero other than the time it took to sign all papers.

William Bell, the Finance person was equally efficient. No pressure advice from him either. Thank you for a neat experience, I would certainly recommend Passport BMW and Aarion Browne. I visited a Mercedes and a Volvo dealership, Aarion at Passport BMW stood out among all I met.

First time BMW buyer and I couldn't be happier with both my new car and the personnel at Passport BMW, particularly my salesmen William McGhee! Great service, knowledge and not pushy, which made the whole buying process much more comfortable. Even the follow up was amazing. There was a small delay getting my new license tags, and I had to travel while my temporary tags would expire, so William took care of everything and sent them to me overnight! Awesome experience with William McGhee and all the crew at BMW Passport, will definitely go back the next time I want to trade my BMW for a newer version!

I recently purchased a 3 series from passport bmw. Giselle my sales associate was great. I visited 4 other bmw dealerships in MD and VA over the course of 5 weeks. Giselle was very transparent on what passport could provide and allowed me to do my research. I came back to purchase the vehicle because it was simply easy and the staff is very welcoming.

I did have a minor issue with the vehicle after the second week (windshield noise), when I called passport was eager to help resolve to include pick up or drop off if the vehicle . Keith Renner was quick to fix the problem and provided me excellent customer service. I feel they have my best interest as a customer

Passport BMW has been exceptional from start to finish, both in price and in customer service.

The Sales Manager, Robert Oates, and the FI Manger, Marco Ugalde went out of their way to assist me with my Lease. I was not an easy client, for several reasons. Peter Akaeze was also very helpful.

When my Lease matures (2017 328d xDrive) or I decide to get another car, I will be contacting them again.

I just purchased my BMW X1 at Passport BMW. Every time we buy a BMW from passport we always go to our favorite salesman Barry Vermillion. All I have to do is call him and let him know that I plan on coming to Passport BMW dealership and he rolls out the red carpet for me. When I arrive he has 3 cars waiting for me to test drive. Berry has great taste in BMW that I always get one of the 3 that he has waiting for me. If you want to get the VIP treatment go to Berry Vermillion. I must say he make the process of buying a car a smooth and easy one. And the staff at Passport is always pleasant and warm. I highly recommend Berry Vermillion at Passport BMW.

I searched dealers within a 300 mile radius of Pittsburgh and got the best deal here with Nathan Tibbetts. He was very responsive and easy to work with on a deal.

Even with the $300 non-negotiable dealer fee and the inflated money factor, no other dealers could beat Passport s price.

We agreed to a deal on a Saturday (last day of June s lease numbers). Passport asked for a down payment to hold those numbers. When I arrived to pick up the car and sign the deal, the numbers had changed on the incentives to July s numbers (lower rebate than agreed). Although it wasn t detailed anywhere in the paperwork, I m assuming they lowered their money factor to make the monthly payments work out to agreed upon.

We spent a lot of time shopping around for a BMW and we ended up at Passport BMW, not just cause of the price but cause of the amazing service that was provided. A salesmen there named max was incredibly patient with us and helped us find the perfect car for us at a great price. If you are looking to buy a BMW in the DMV area, would recommend going and talking to Max at passport BMW, you will get incredible information and service contrary to any stigmas that goes along car shopping.

I made the trip from Annapolis in 2014 to buy a BMW from Passport and just returned in May 2017 for another new car. The service at Passport is second to none. There is a BMW dealership a few miles from my house, but the pricing, service and overall experience at Passport BMW in Camp Springs is worth the trip. Tho my 04 330CiC was originally purchased and serviced at Passport by previous owner, this was my 1st time at Passport (airbag recall). Keith understood exactly what I needed and how long it would take when I made the service appt over the phone. Arriving for appt was smooth, service team got right to work and i felt my car was in good hands while i comfortably waited. Wait time was pretty much right on and car was returned to me as expected - clean and rwdy to go. If i need dealer work done in the future, id feel confident taking it to Passport.

Normally from the service advisor I receive an email asking to rate service. I guess you only receive those emails if you are happy with the service. Which makes sense as to why this particular service advisor have a few customer service awards on his station. Nevertheless, Couple of months ago I went in to Passport for an oil change, alignment. Received a text from the advisor saying I also needed to rear tires. My car is rear wheel drive it's been about 2.5yrs maybe it is time for tires so i approve the tires along with the original requested work. Fast Forward couple months later 2000 miles later. I bring my car in for a slow leaking tire. Service Tech discovers two rims have cracks and one of them is causing a slow leak. Of course when I hear from the service advisor M.Jenkins hes quotes me the most expensive cost which would be for two new rims in additional to that now I need front lower control arms replaced. I say have the rims repaired not replaced ( they use a rim guy) and repair the control arms. I mentioned to him that I just had an alignment done and now the control arms have to be replaced. M. Jerkins gives me a text book answer of the who what when and why. I was on my way out of town and said i'll just deal with it later. Later comes M. Jenkins text saying the car is ready, i review the bill and question the alignment 179.99. We are texting back and forth. Giving me the same text book answer. I'm asking why should i pay for and alignment that I just got done couple months ago (2000 miles ago). How can the control arms all of a sudden be bad to the point they have to replaced 2000 miles. How did they align the car if the arms are bad! I say to M. Jenkins this makes me not trust you or the tech. M. Jenkins gives me another text book response and i asked to me transferred to Tj. Service Manager. M. Jenkins transfers me to TJ knowing TJ was in the service line not in his office. Oh how do I know. Prior to M. Jenkins calling me I called Passport to speak to TJ. The young lady who answered the phone never nice said he was in the service lane would I like his VM, and that's when M. Jenkins called. Finally I speak with TJ, he makes it right however after reviewing the history on my car. Nevertheless here is my issue. I'm not a mechanic so when I bring my car in to the dealership there should be a level of trust between me and the advisor. I have to trust what he or she is telling me is what my car needs to keep me and my family safe while driving. However when you get an advisor like M. Jenkins who gives you text book responses, comes across as being greedy and very shady. Like the type of person who you put you in the trick bag and stand back and watch you struggle. Tj mentioned M. Jenkins doesn't have the authorization to make the type of adjustment i was requesting. However for someone who had I believe has two awards on his station for outstanding customer service or advisor of the year, I would think one would have the sense to speak with the person who does, explain the situation and figure out a solution for the customer. However common sense is not a flower that grows in everyone's garden. M. Jenkins Proved this. You never win when you play dirty.

I purchased a new BMW 328I at the "Black Friday" sales event. After speaking to the sales manager JC, we reached a verbal agreement on the phone and I made an appointment to pick up my new car. I got to the dealership half expecting someone to try and change the deal or say there was a misunderstanding but from the time I arrived, until I left in my new BMW, Carla and JC were professional and personable. The deal we agreed to was the deal I received. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. A++++++++

I purchased my first BMW from Passport in Suitland and I have no regrets! I was very anxious during the transaction. However, my salesperson, Mr. Charles Walker, made me feel at ease. He showed me so much grace during my purchase; and I really appreciate his patience. If you're in the market for a BMW, please contact Mr. Charles! He truly cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the car of your dreams - along with the best financing through one of the Finance Managers (I worked with Hassan. Thanks for getting me a lower interest rate!) At the end of the day, I'm so happy with my new car!! Beautiful car from an outstanding dealership!! OH! And the service department is BOMB too!! Called Keith Renner and told him my car needs service. We talked a bit and I told him I no longer work around the corner. Keith asked if I was in a hurry and I said no. He recommended their service valet. I said great! The ever must pleasant Katarina gave me call and set the hold thing in motion. They came out, dropped off my loaner and off he went. Keith called me that day. We agreed on the fix. Keith sent a link and I took care of the bill. Katarina called and arranged my drop off. He was the same guy that delivered the loaner car. He was pleasant and kind. I looked over my car and my transaction was complete. You guys did a superb job! Keith Renner please congratulate your whole team since I know it the team work that makes the dream work!

Their prices were very competitive right from the start especially when compared to other dealerships in the area. In addition, my wife and I were truly pleased with the courtesy and professionalism experienced with the staff as they addressed all our inquiries regarding the vehicle we were interested in. Cullen, as well as Mark and Ed, made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped into the dealership to the time we drove away in our new X5. In addition, we had the pleasure to meet David Comfort, Sales Director, with whom we were extremely impressed. It was indeed a great, stress free, buying experience. They really had us in and out no all day process and we left with a 2019 x6 that has all the bells and whistles for a unbelievable competitive price. Mr. Ray at BMW Automotive was so awesome in helping me solve the issues I was having with my vehicle, it was a pleasure going to them because in the initial they were saying I had to pay $390 for a part that need to be fixed on my vehicle. to my knowledge this particular part was not in my warranty. However, when it was all said and done I only came out paying $100 just for the labor and they were so kind to pay for the actual part for my car. I'm very grateful and I thank God that Mr. Ray and his manager! They helped me out tremendously God bless you. it was a great experience.

Daniel Rose and Michael Williams helped me tremendously.
I was able to fill out the application online, get approved, and get the vehicle in what has to be record-time.
The finance department is all electronic, making signing documents much faster and easier than dealerships that go the old-fashioned paper route.
I bought my last vehicle earlier this year with Rockville BMW, and my experience could not have been worse. I would not recommend Rockville BMW even to my worst enemy.
Passport BMW, on the other hand, was amazing and they will definitely have a returning customer in the future. They are respectful and truly seem to want to be able to put you in the vehicle you want. I couldn't have been happier with Passport BMW, especially compared to Rockville.

Nana Prempeh is the BEST Sales Associate we've ever encountered. He is trustworthy and honest. I doubt that anyone else would have provided this level of service. Nana doesn't come off like a hard salesman who's thirst for sales. Nana operates in 100% integrity and his sole objective is to guide his customers to not only the vehicle they desire, but also the vehicle that's best for them. He even picked up at my house the morning of my delivery. Part of the BMW experience is the amazing service and hospitality and Passport definitely delivered on this!

My wife and I have purchased our last three vehicles from this Passport with the assistance of the great, Mr. Sean Swartz! My wife utterly hates the car buying process. Mr. Swartz had her in and out, in under an hour, from start to finish! When I purchased my vehicle, Sean walked me through the order process and kept in touch up until delivery. He still periodically checks in on the car and me. Awesome Gentlemen!

All three experiences, my wife and I, were never rushed. We never left feeling like a dollar sign. Everyone that we interacted with were friendly and approachable. As repeat customers of Passport BMW, having just picked up our sixth out of nine BMWs from them last week, we couldn t be happier with the level of service from start to finish.
We live within five minutes of a different BMW dealership but still choose to go out of our way and drive over 45 minutes to Passport. Why? Because they re consistent, knowledgeable, and know we are loyal clients who are busy running a business and need things to get done correctly and efficiently.

This dealership is consistently clean, with a variety of customer amenities such as free coffee, a cafe area (which has some great fresh cut fruit), some pretty comfortable chairs, great sunlight while in the waiting areas, and an overall balanced temperature throughout the building despite the massive windows and natural light.

I have had my BMW serviced here at least seven times so I will speak specifically from this perspective and not the sales or parts department.

I initially had a rough patch with my panoramic sunroof that would consistently malfunction and while it did take them three times to finally repair it - the level of service while the vehicle was being repaired was flawless.

There has only been one time where they didn't have a BMW Loaner car available but they wrote an enterprise rental slip so that I wouldn't have to find transportation on my own which was a plus. I would however like for them to have additional loaner vehicles available as this is a premium car company and we as your customers expect better.

I give them four stars and not five simply because of some refining points that they need to perform (in my observation)

1. Make the loaner cars more clean in the interior when giving it to a new customer. (happened to me three times)

2. Make certain that tools and dirt are not left in the vehicle after servicing (happened to me twice)

3. Offer better return coupons like the BMW dealership in Rockville does to entice customers to return to your service / sales / parts shops. (I have only received one article of mail for 10% off of wheel service whereas Rockville has sent me over 10 in a 2 year period)

4. Have more loaner cars in rotation. These are BMW's and we are paying for premium service, premium parts, and a premium experience. Running out of loaner vehicles at a BMW dealership is in my opinion a little non-premium.

I visited Passport BMW in Suitland with the idea of purchasing a vehicle around the October time frame. Came in contact with a Client Adviser by the name of Justin Wilson to assist me with car buying. I actually was looking at three different cars, the Porsche Macan, Mercedes GLC 300 Coupe and the BMW X2. I saw an X2 that I liked and took it for a test drive, Justin being a former car genius was able to answer all of the my questions about the X2 and that made it easier for me to decide. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the X2 but he was able to get me an awesome deal plus a few other things that I requested. I highly recommend this dealership and definitely seek out Justin Wilson to assist you with your car buying services he will work for you.

We have bought a number of cars over the years and I can state without any doubt that our salesman at Passport BMW, Rodney Pegram, was the best we have dealt with. From greeting us in the lot upon arrival all the way through the process Rodney was friendly, informative, very accommodating to our needs, and just plain professional from start to finish, including staying past normal working hours to complete the transaction. I purchased a vehicle from Passport BMW this week and had an excellent experience. I was in the process of buying a from another dealership. While waiting to hear back from the other dealer, I saw the car I purchased from Passport BMW and decided to email regarding my interest . Within 20 minutes of my email, the Passport salesperson called me to thank me for my interest and to ask if I had any questions. I let him know where I was in the buying process and asked him to give me his best price on the car I inquired about. The salesperson did an excellent job of getting back to me in a timely manner, answering all of my questions and making an excellent offer. I was really impressed with his interest in selling me the car and working to meet my needs. He was very fast in his communications, listened to what I was looking for and met my needs. He was even able to help me get a better finance deal than what I had. Within 36 hours of my initial contact, the Passport BMW salesperson sold the vehicle to me and personally delivered it to my house. He also sat with me and went over the features in the car. Overall, Passport BMW did an awesome job and I am loving my new car!

I was in the market for a used BMW with a very specific color combination and low miles, and Passport had 3 to choose from! I drove 2 hours from Delaware to purchase my car, and was so pleased with the buying process. Milos Petric, my sales assistant, was amazing. He coordinated my visit perfectly, and was incredibly helpful and patient as I weighed my options. When it came time to buy he navigated me through the process and answered all of my questions. Bought my second car here in Passport BMW, and what a wonderful experience I had. Nobody treated me like them in a year! When I bought my first car, the dealer wasn't as detailed as the dealer in Passport BMW. Brandon Kim carefully reviewed all the others car I saw in a week, and we, together, went through all the options I had. He did not push me, and he spoke the truth. Now, I am driving this beautiful BMW, and I am really happy with it.
One more thing! Dealers often cut interest in you after your purchase; well, this is not the case in Passport BMW, or at least with Brandon. He checks on me often asking me if everything is fine, and he tells you to contact him for anything you need. ANYTHING.

Mehrzad was extremely prompt and responsive right from the beginning of my new car search. I was evaluating my options when I got in touch with Mehrzad along with salesmen from other dealers in the area. However, he was the most patient, always on top of my requirements and had the necessary data in front of him that made my work a lot easy. And the best part was that he was not pushy at all, unlike other salesmen that I have worked in the past. I would recommend him and Passport BMW anytime!

Rodney was outstanding -- friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent in working to get me the car I wanted for the price I needed. I had the best car buying experience ever at Passport BMW! I was pleasantly surprised by the initial greeting at the front desk by Jasper my Salesman. With only 3 weeks on the job and 2 days actively selling he was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He worked well with his Supervisor Robert Oates and Manager Isa Williams to accommodate all of my needs. Jasper, Isa and Robert went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs and make it a fun experience. Charles Duckworth in the BMW Boutique was super helpful in picking out the accessory necessities for my new BMW Lifestyle. Last but not least, Jeff Steel in finance was so helpful in explaining all of my finance options and helping me to choose the one that best fit my needs. In a nutshell this entire team ROCKS!!!

My car buying experience here was very good. William McGhee was very straight forward and upfront with information about the car that I was considering for purchase. I looked for a particular car at multiple dealerships after first seeing the car that I desired at Passport BMW.

Ultimately I returned for a number of reasons to include price, condition of the car, ease of communication with my sales representative Mr. McGhee in addition to my overall experience as a customer.

From the time I walked into the door I was greeted and even several days after the deal was completed I received multiple follow ups from different departments and from my sales person. This makes me feel part of the Passport BMW family. I feel that I have built a number of lasting relationships.

I can't say enough about the buying experience. I have purchased at least 15 cars and this was the easiest by far with no pressure to buy before some made up deadline or being told another customer was interested in the car.

This was overall a great car buying experience and I look forward to referring both friends and family to this dealership!!!
