I think communication is an essential part of real estate business. Here, average time of responding the requests is about a week. it is too long.

Iris the agent was very rude and unprofessional. Came for inspection, I lost interest when she told us we are not allowed to step on the carpet , the whole living room was carpeted therefore we cannot inspect the house. Told my husband to leave immediately. She didnt say a thing.

They are not interested in providing services to their potential buyers. Not business minded. Why is this a business?

The lady named Iris is not professional at all in dealing with all of our housing problems. The communication systems are terrible. Whenever I contacted her, she rarely pick up her call. And we just ended up doing things by ourselves or calling landlord.
The landlord was so kind and deal with our problems as soon as possible. But for her, she barely deal with that.
