The salesman I worked with, Nathan Tibetts, was great. I originally picked a car online and asked for him to draft up the paperwork. However, the car wasn't what I expected. Nathan was able to find me a car that met my needs and re-drafted the paperwork. I'm very happy with my purchase.

It has been a challenge receiving my tags since I didn't have a DC license and because I had to get my car inspected in DC and send in the paperwork.

I always receive five star service from Passport BMW, specially Micheal Jenkins and Joey Bonilla. The care, respect as well as their acute responsiveness is greatly appreciated by myself and my vehicle.

This place had the best and coolest cars! It had the amazing ROADSTER! Everyone there was nice and awesome! There was this man named Nathan there and his job title was literally "Genius". He was after all a genius about BMW and he could help you with anything you asked him. He was fun to talk to and I believe he was the reason we decided to get our first BMW, the BMW 320i. There was also this woman Rachael, she was also awesome and kind.

I worked exclusively with Nana Prempeh, the Client Advisor at Passport BMW for my new BMW purchase. Nana was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He walked me through the steps for custom ordering my car and kept sending me updates with the status of my car as it was going through different stages of manufacturing. Kind of a strange review to write, since I ended up buying a different car altogether (ended up going Mercedes). But my experience with Milos Petric was exceptional from start to finish. Great salesman, knows the BMW brand inside and out. Gave me extremely competitive pricing right out of the gate and made it a very difficult choice for me overall. Wonderful Experience! I wasn't even considering a BMW when I started my search but after visiting a few dealerships and being let down, my friend (who drives a BMW) recommended Passport BMW. He had read about a great sales person named Ian Lawyer and when we asked for him upon arrival, we realized that he had been promoted to Sales Manager. He was extremely helpful and instead of delegating us to another sales person, he spoke to us in his office and did his best to understand what I was looking for in a Lease. I was looking for my next bimmer, and I felt my local dealership was not eager enough to earn my business. So I went online to find more "motivated" dealerships, and Passport BMW did not only stand out on top of the google search results and had great reviews, but I could experience their exceptional service from A to Z.
William McGhee was my CA, and he did an outstanding job. I appreciated the follow up, and personal care. Even though I was an out of state buyer, the transaction was smooth and efficient.
We decided to take advantage of the Performance Center Delivery in SC at the factory, which was a Great Experience an I can it only recommend to anybody considering buying a new BMW!

This is my 3rd BMW from Passport BMW and I must say, I didn't think it could get any better, but it did! From the moment we walked in the door to the first class service we received from Ben Stith our sales person, everything was exceptional. He takes a personal interest in taking care of everything like a friend. He located the exact model 335i car my daughter wanted coming off a short term lease. The experience of buying my 650i was different and long. But the salesman was very professional and extremely courteous. Once the purchase was final he followed up with transferring my music, setting up my Bluetooth and helping with the Satellite radio. I wasn't impressed with the manager. It was like a game to him.

I went here to purchase a pre-owned Hyundai. My salesman, Milos, was extremely proficient and efficient. The facility is clean, and the people were all friendly and professional. I was not pressured at all, they offered a fair price for my trade-in, did not attempt to overprice their vehicle, and the car-buying experience I had here was the best I ever had (this is my fifth car purchase). I was in and out in under three hours. Although I didn t purchase a BMW, recommend this dealership if you re in the market for a vehicle.

Milos was so great to work with for my special order X5. Having been with Audi since 2010, I've purchased and leased 5 or 6 times so I know the inside scoop. We were able to get a short notice appointment for a regular service, with a loaner car. We live over an hour away from the dealer, and Passport has always been great about accommodating us when we bring the car in. The service was completed in about 2 hours, and we received a text and phone call when it was completed. The car was returned to us cleaned inside and out. As always, it was a great experience. The only negative was a couple of abrasions on the center console that I figure came from stretching the vacuum hose across the console. I pointed it out to Michael, our service manager, who offered to buff it out, but we didn't have the time to wait. It will be taken care of on the next visit. This is our third vehicle from Passport, and we've always been completely satisfied.

Outstanding buying experience at Passport!!
I am a recent first time BMW buyer, no prior experience with the product line. I was expecting the first visit to Passport to be exploratory in nature only. Walked in and was greeted by Milos, our salesman. He was the first one to greet us, and even when we stated we were not intending to buy that day, he still took time to take us on a test drive and helped us find the perfect BMW 4 series!! Milos' excellent customer service and his extra effort to get to a price point we were comfortable with, convinced us to purchase the same day. Overall my experience with Passport BMW was phenomenal. I had been shopping for a 2016 - 4 series. I had been shopping around through the Internet and finally came across the style I wanted. I had called in and began working with Nana who was very kind and such a huge help. I stepped in and he assisted me through the entire process. I ended up getting the exact car I wanted. It was wonderful to have Nana aiding me and making me feel comfortable in buying my car. I am truly grateful for the guidance and making my experience as seamless as possible. Just purchased my second BMW from Passport BMW. I can honestly say this place is second to none in the buying experience. I worked with Willie McGhee and he made the process seemless. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed a sincere concern to my needs (wants) in my new 535i. I didn't feel forced into anything or rushed in the decision making process. After calling with concerns about a recent repair, they took my concerns seriously and followed through to resolution. Each person I talked to provided their names/contact info without hesitation or attitude, and they called me back when they said they would. When I brought my car in again, Ashley was extremely courteous and explained the issue without making excuses or otherwise deflecting blame.

I think the prices are ridiculously high, but I can't deny that as far as customer service goes, they make paying that much money a pleasurable experience.
