This entire experience at this dealership has been awful. I was buying a car from out of state. They had no experience with this apparently, and handled it terribly. Tony the manager was very rude and especially unhelpful. The only thing I asked him for was a copy of the release date for my vehicle for insurance purposes and he told me that he "wasn't obliged to help me at this point", and that he wasn't going to help me. $300 dealership fee.. for an awful dealership. Throughout all of this, they tried telling me that I was an awful customer -_- and trying to "slander their good name". I actually work in customer service. If they would have clarified their signature things or whatever for a first- time car buyer, and simply sent the paperwork that I needed to save me for a month of insurance that I didn't use (because the car wasn't released to me until a month after I paid my insurance), there wouldn't have been any problems. But instead I got this awful experience. I'm not slandering "their good name" they provide awful customer service and are extremely unorganized and treated me terribly.
