I drove from Yorktown VA to Passport BMW in Maryla...

I drove from Yorktown VA to Passport BMW in Maryland based off a vehicle available in their inventory. It was to be a gift for my wife, NaNa my salesman was knowledgeable, and patient, he was waiting on me for our confirmed appointment when I arrived. I took the vehicle back to VA and unfortunately my wife was not thrilled with the color of the upholstery on the car I selected. We drove back two days later and PASSPORT BMW was incredible, we were able to change the car with something my wife liked without penalty, The finance department was awesome. As an owner of a business I have purchased close to 35 vehicles in the past 10 years, under every circumstance this by far was the best experience business and personal when purchasing a car. Was worth the drive, and look forward to business with Nana and Passport BMW in the future!
