Dickinson Jewelers designed a custom pendant for me using three USNA ring charms that I had. Mr. Dickinson came up with the perfect design and suggestion of adding the Blue and Gold stones to send the piece over the top. Thank you for making a piece that will be cherished for years to come.

I have had two stellar experiences with jewelry purchases from Dickinson Jewelers. I live in NY state and saw two necklace chains and pendants I was interested in purchasing. Rather than purchase online, I called the Prince Frederick location. I received the warmest customer service from a woman named Arielle. She looked up the items and told me they were at the Dunkirk location. I then spoke to Kathy Dickinson at the Dunkirk store...who was so lovely and so helpful. When I received my order in the mail, I called to place another order. Beautiful jewelry...top-drawer customer service...and they were so helpful to mail it to NY. I highly recommend both locations of Dickinson Jewelers!

I recently got a few new watches due to the holiday and needed a few links taken from them. I was unsure if Dickinson Jewelers was able to do it, so I gave them a call and they immediately answered my question without hesitation. As I arrived at the Dunkirk location I met Logan; he helped me throughout the process. He was courteous, helpful, polite, and straight out amazing! I ve been in the medical field for a little while, and this world needs more young teenagers like Logan. Gray job, Dickinson Jewelers; more importantly, Logan! The jewelers at the Dickinson Jewelers location in Dunkirk have always been most friendly and helpful when I come into the store. On occasion I am simply there for a simple repair but I am treated as though I am an important customer making a large purchase. I really appreciate the time and friendly manner with which they treat me plus the service is excellent. The repairs are done in a timely fashion and I am contacted by them personally so that I do not feel the need to have to follow up.

I had 2 pieces of jewelry repaired. The repair looks great. I was told that I was sent a text when the repair was complete but I never received it. Can't explain that. I did finally receive a phone call about the repair.

Choosing a wedding band at Dickinson's was a memorable, pleasant experience unlike any other jeweler I have ever been to previously!
Allison was my sales associate and she was extremely patient, helpful and determined to the entire process of finding me a new wedding band.
At the time I initially came in, she was a newer employee at Dickinson's. But her inexperience was over completely outdone by her enthusiasm to answer every question and her willingness to go to any length to find and match me to the perfect wedding band. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience I had with her through this process! From her thourough communication, texts, emails to her new selection ideas and her searching new brands. Allison was always determined to make my experience a success! I just can't say enough about her customer service skills as well as the flexibility Dickinson's provided to me through jewler trade-in, exchange, return and finally satisfied purchase!

This is a great mom and pop shop with exceptional service. I have worked with Karen Rinaldi three times now since being a customer and it is always a pleasant experience. My husband had my engagement and wedding ring custom made at a jewelry store that has since closed, and I went to Dickinson to have them reshaped, inspected, tightened, etc. after way too long. It was affordable and I loved that all the work was done in-house, instead of sending the jewelry offsite, which some places do. Will be using them regularly from now on!

Love, love, love Dickinson Jewelers. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They really do treat you like family whether it's your first time there or if you have been going there for years. They have been my trusted jeweler for over 10 years. I have had custom pieces made, several repairs done, watch batteries replaced and purchased many, many new beautiful pieces from them, including Dickinson's very own unique pieces. If you are looking for a diamond, their Kathryn diamond is absolutely stunning. Their attention to every detail is what sets them apart. Their sales staff is wonderful and their repair work is impeccable! They go the extra mile to ensure that you are 110% satisified. Dickinson also gives back to the community. They host an event that assists in dog adoptions and donations to the Humane Society (one of my favorite events) and they host a Food Drive too! I am a very happy customer and I would highly, highly, highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.

I do not normally write reviews. But this is one business I am most pleased to do so. I guess when it comes to jewelry, the most important thing to me is being able to trust my jeweler. When I walk into Dickinson with a repair, I am confident when I pick it up it will have been completed to my satisfaction and done to perfection. When I wish to purchase a loose stone or jewelry item, I am confident the information about the item is true and accurate. I do not need to concern myself wondering does this person really understand what they are selling and am I being sold a fake. This means everything to me. Unfortunately in today's world it sometimes feels personal attention is a thing of the past. This is another reason I enjoy entering the Dunkirk store. Everyone is so friendly and caring...they are there to help you and make your visit as pleasant as possible. If there were ten star ratings, Dickinson would get all ten from me!

I always feel so welcome in Dickinson Jewelers! I go to their Dunkirk location to get my ring cleaned and look at new merchandise. They never make me feel bad if I don t buy, and yesterday I bought bridesmaid gifts and she wrapped them so beautifully with different paper to let me know which was which. Extremely thoughtful.

We went in with a ring stuck on my 15 yr olds finger. The employees were so sweet to him as they carefully removed it and worked to resize it for him. We took a shot going in not sure if they would be able to help us. This is a really nice jewelry store. I was impressed with the amount of inventory they have. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend checking them out for that special gift for someone.

Thursday, April 18th was my very fist time visiting Dickinson Jewelers and the store set up is beautiful and so are the employees. The two young ladies that waited on me were so friendly and professional. I saw several items that I would love to purchase. I will definitely be returning. If you would like to purchase some nice jewelry, stop in and check out the store, they have everything.

I had my ring repaired and they cleaned and shined it. I was amazed had new it looks now.

Besides having a friend that works at the store and being treated with patience and care by her, the atmosphere was amazing. I walked in and browsed and when someone came to help, she was cordial and so nice! I was offered a beverage while I looked at the incredible selection and by the end of it, I bought something that I was proud of to give as a gift. She has helped me choose Birthday and Anniversary gifts, as well as helping a friend and I pick out an engagement ring.

I have been dealing with Dickinson s Jewelry store since I moved to Calvert County in the early 1980 s and HAVE NOT had any disappointments in dealing with them or any employee!!! Claude and Kathy are sooo nice and easy to deal with when I make a purchase or need to have a repair made. If I make a purchase they are always ready to tell me more about it. They let me know what the stone is, the size, color, etc. and even more info then I need to know. Also, I love the time they take with you. I usually deal with Stephanie and Sam whose are always there for me when I visit. They are always available to please me, whether it s just to look, buy or have something fixed, they all know their stuff about every piece of jewelry that I m interested in. I don t shop at any other jewelry store just because Claude, Stephanie, and Sam are the best at what they do and has always been fair and have always given me the best prices on all things!! I m so glad that they are in Dunkirk and Prince Frederick in Calvert County, MD!!!! You should visit....you won t be disappointed in them or your purchase because THEY ARE THE BEST!!

I finally got my wedding ring set resized so I can wear it again. At the same time I had both rings soldered together for strength and to keep them from spinning out of alignment. It's absolutely beautiful , cleaned, polished, and prongs are tight around the stones so I don't have to worry about losing them. Fantastic work!
