Our advisor, Caesar, was very professional and courteous. However, we drove an hour to the service center and were disappointed that there were no loaners available. We had to wait 30-40 minutes for a shuttle to take us to a local shopping center to occupy our time; the shuttle wasn't available to pick us up. We were disappointed because the primary purpose of our visit was the performance of a recall mandated service. I would suggest that the service center needs more resources.

I recently bought a used Audi Q5 from MBZ Reno. The vehicle was in Arizona and it was transferred to Reno via truck. The salesman, Nicholas Khamis was excellent and I would highly recommend him as well as hoping to work with him in the future. He was polite, fair and honest during the sale and trade-in. His numbers matched mine which was a first at any dealership. I even got a higher amount for my trade-in. Nick called to keep me updated about arrival time etc; and had the Audi completely detailed upon my arrival. The entire MBZ Reno staff was awesome though, kudos go to Nick. Great job, thank you!

Poor. I took my Sprinter 2500 here for a routine maintenance and was disappointed at every turn. Upon picking up my van I made it 10 miles down the road before an indicator bulb came on informing me that their "specialists" had overfilled my oil, I confirmed this with the dipstick once I got home. Upon getting home I also discovered my vans engine compartment was smoking and found liquid profusely pouring out of the undercarriage onto the street. At least Mercedez roadside assistance was kind enough to comp the tow back to the dealership. The next day when I went in to pickup my van and was told that a plastic clip had broken and that was what caused the leak and smoke. They did NOTHING to address the oil overfilling because "they didn't see the code" despite me explicitly telling them that a bulb for it had come on for that issue. They only fixed the overfilling when I refused to take the van without the issue being addressed, and even then they drained it until it was at the minimum level on the dipstick, quality service. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and I can really say the only positives from it were the free quart of oil they gave me after under filing it and the fact that my pre-paid maintainence is up and I don't have to go back to them the next time I need my vehicle serviced.

The service is ok, I had some damage that was repaired halfway and returned to me nearly un-drivable. When I brought it back to have further repairs there was an additional $1800 cost to me and no option of an insurance claim since the first half had been completed and paid for by me. When I take my car in for oil changes and annual service and request a loaner car the service person seemed annoyed and repeatedly asked me if I was only here for service which makes me think that I wasn t supposed to be allowed a loaner car? That part is confusing and the service is not friendly. Between the 1-2 days time it takes to service my vehicle, the inconvenience of the location of the service center to me, and the unfriendly service personnel I definitely wish it was possible to service my vehicle elsewhere, however certain computer updates can ONLY be done at Mercedes. I may try to buy a car that is easier to service in the future.

The service department will do their best, but unfortunately they are seemingly short on help with sprinter van mechanics. They are respectful and the manager has been helpful in the past. However, in total experience, when leaving the Reno dealership I feel like I am less of a customer than those that own other Mercedes vehicles. This feeling derives from the looks and the sighs of "oh, well this particular part for the Sprinter van is known for that", or "yes, your breaks squeak. they all do", or finally, "oh you must be a sprinter owner". Tone is everything! We paid a lot of money to be in the "Mercedes community" and we should be treated as equals to those that are owners of any of the Mercedes line. Our latest experience was that of buying new wheels and tires (from another vendor) and we asked Mercedes parts department to assist us in finding the proper hardware for the new wheels. They responded saying they couldn't help us (a common theme).

Highly Disappointed. I contacted Mercedes-Benz of Reno in hopes and interest of purchasing a used vehicle. Reserved it, drove 3 Hours, viewed the vehicle and made the purchase! I didn't even make it 15 Miles away from the dealership/ 20 Mins and the car indicated signs of overheating!!! While I will commend the dealership for handling it quickly. I got a call the next day from a manager stating that.... well they were going to give me my money back and that was that. After my credit was run, drove 6 HOURS round trip, spent the entire day dealing with this car, and a LOST day of wages, all I got was... "whelp I'm not sure what to tell you".
When I asked for this to be documented and them put it in writing that they were not going to repair the vehicle and refund my money, I was told "I'm not doing that", and apparently there's NOTHING they could provide stating the sale is now null and void. Honestly this left a very poor taste in my mouth. Not only did they have a vehicle that THEY placed on THEIR lot for sale, this shouldn't have happened in the first place!! If the vehicle was inspected as closely as they say, this should have been caught sooner, prior to being placed for sale. So if I could recommend any take away, THINK again. Dealerships don't catch everything. Then I'm told they can't refund my money for up to 10-12 days!!! I will not recommend this dealership.

I took my Sprinter in for a recall notice, for the passenger side airbag. I was told when I made my appointment that they would need it for two hours. I got there at 11:00 and Joseph, in the service department, got me all checked in. Then he took me to a local coffee shop for a coffee and lunch. He called me at 12:30 and informed me my van was done, and over in the wash area. I was in and out with a new sensor and washed in under two hours. Joseph and the service department were great.

A couple of months ago, Mercedes service advisor, Dustin M. recommended that the brakes on our vehicle should be replaced at the next service date. Last week, the car dash message indicated that Service D was due. My husband scheduled a D service and brake replacement for 08/27/2018. While waiting in the reception area, my husband was not notified about the time frame nor progress of the service. In the past, a loaner vehicle was offered/provided for longer service appointments.
After 3 1/2 hours, Dustin came over and rattled off the item charges, which consisted of oil and filter change, brake fluid change, cabin filter replacement and top off fluids (which my husband did, 10 days prior). The total bill was $651.50. My husband expressed his concern and dissatisfaction with the long wait and excessive charge, essentially, for an oil change. Dustin pointed out that he already applied a 10% discount on the total. My husband inquired about the brake replacement, which was not performed. The reply was that the job would take significantly longer, or, another appointment was needed.
In addition to the negative experience, when my husband got home, there was a Mercedes coupon in the mailbox for a $125.00 discount for every $250.00 (and over) spent.
Collectively, the extended wait for basic maintenance service, excessive charge, and, requested service not done, even after 3 1/2 hours of service time, prompted the submission of this unsatisfactory review.

I had been trying to schedule work for a recall notice I received in January, for a new vehicle I purchased in Oct. Finally able to get an appointment mid-February, but still was not able to discuss with a service advisor. After waiting on hold for over a half hour, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. The work is supposed to take 45 minutes. I hope I can change my review after the service is done....

He really took the time to explain every button of the car and more involved components of the vehicle as well, so I felt very confident in my purchase. I appreciated how straight forward he was about the car's history and expected maintenance items. This is the fanciest car I've ever bought and the experience has been a pleasure. Worst follow up service I have experienced in a long time. The reps seem to be happy to help, but good luck getting a hold of one who can help you. They said they would call back 3 times. After 48 hours never got a call. Then they gave me someone s personal line to call and the number had been disconnected. Either they are understaffed or their call centers CRM is on the fritz. Because getting a single question answered has taken me more than 3 days and 10 phone calls. Ultimately I scheduled a service appointment and hoping to get my question answered then.

I planned to buy a LEXUS, but the new grills are so ugly. On advice of family I went to see the Mercedes line and ended up buying two cars in one day - an SUV and an E-class sedan. My wife loves the push-button folding and unfolding rear seats in her SUV, and I find the E-class sedan very satisfying. While the electronics does take some training, the fellow came to our house and spent 2 hours showing us all the features plus installing our garage openers and cell phones. Very convenient. The sales staff was completely considerate.

Going on 7 months now with my GLC 300! I have been to the dealer a few times. Once to get my plate put on..in CA you need front and back. Jonathan got the service department to do a fantastic job putting on the front plate. He went out of his way to make sure they understood how much I truly did not want it one the car..CA law :( I also have been in to talk about the invisible bra. I was ready to get it right before the shut down of non essential services. Just last week came in to see about having it applied. Nick had a service expert come out and he advised me that since there were too many rock chips in the paint, it would not be advised. Sorry to hear that, BUT, so grateful for the honesty and professionalism from Johnathan, Nick and ..I'm sorry I did not get his name!! (Service expert) Did I say they washed off the bug yuck and for at least a week it will look fabulous! I feel very welcome here. Thanks Gentlemen!

At 2 pm, we started to drive down to the Bay Area from Incline Village, with our 3 little kids. 2 mins into our driving, my GL started to give all kinds of errors related to Vehicle rising. We called the service center and arrived at 3pm. These guys closed at 4pm but they stayed back until 7 to fix our car up and send us on our way. Their service and genuine concern for their customer is the sole reason why we will return to purchase a vehicle from them. Thank you again! Special shout out to service agent Grecia Rodriguez, who went out of her way to overlook the service of our car. She s a true asset that this dealership/service center has.

Even the routine service checkup receives full-service attention if anything needs to be address...at no extra charge. On our most recent visit the price quoted for the service we requested was different from what the service department at the dealership told us. We were told is was because the prices are quoted out of Las Vegas. It would be good if they could tighten that process up.
Also, our van needed two airbags (recalls). They knew that the afternoon before when we dropped it off and in the morning when they called, but then they called back in the afternoon to tell us they didn't have one of the parts. We had to leave it there an extra day.

My experience here was fantastic! We've been shopping for cars for over a month when we saw a beauty at Mercedes of Reno, I called and emailed to let them know I was interested.
Two hrs later I was talking to Jonathan about the car, we both new this car wouldn't last, and I wanted it. Jonathan went over and above to get me the car I wanted, and stood behind the sale afterwards. I will be calling on him for my next vehicle purchase!

If it weren't for the vaping pipe left in the center console, along with a fruity scent throughout my Sprinter, I would have gladly given 5 stars to MB of Reno.
The service rep patiently listened to what we had to say, diagnosed and fixed our warranty problem within three hours, even replaced a recalled driver's side airbag. The MB crew also washed the van AND did a great job, which takes a bit of effort on a large vehicle.
But smoking in a customer's vehicle is unconscionable. I'm sorry the action of one person has to reflect so badly on clearly what is a great team and a well-run MB dealership. In any event, I'd definitely return to MB of Reno for future service.

This is my third Mercedes car. Obviously I love them. It was my second purchase experience at Mercedes Benz of Reno. My sales person Ben, was professional and knew the cars very well. He was extremely easy to work with and he listened to what I wanted in a car and did not try to SELL me. I very much appreciated that. I can recommend Ben and the entire team. The guys seemed reasonably knowledgeable. We have a 2016 Sprinter with approx 11k miles. After sitting overnight we would turn on the vehicle and the transmission wouldn't move into drive or reverse. Mercedes let us know that we needed a couple of pins replaced. After we left the dealership, we had the same issue and ended up driving down to Vegas to the Sprinter specific Mercedes-Benz down here.
Overall - even though they didn't resolve the issue the customer service was great. I loved the coffee machine in the waiting lounge. :)
