My experience working with Dave Rowe at Mercedes-Benz of Reno was awesome. He was very professional, friendly and informative. He did not talk down to me, just because I'm female. He really took the time to explain every button of the car and more involved components of the vehicle as well, so I felt very confident in my purchase. I appreciated how straight forward he was about the car's history and expected maintenance items. This is the fanciest car I've ever bought and the experience has been a pleasure. I would work with Dave Rowe again in a heartbeat on a future vehicle purchase.
