Trying to get a service advisor on the phone, or g...

Trying to get a service advisor on the phone, or getting one to call back, is frustrating. I had been trying to schedule work for a recall notice I received in January, for a new vehicle I purchased in Oct. Finally able to get an appointment mid-February, but still was not able to discuss with a service advisor. After waiting on hold for over a half hour, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. The work is supposed to take 45 minutes. I hope I can change my review after the service is done....
