Poor. I took my Sprinter 2500 here for a routine maintenance and was disappointed at every turn. Upon picking up my van I made it 10 miles down the road before an indicator bulb came on informing me that their "specialists" had overfilled my oil, I confirmed this with the dipstick once I got home. Upon getting home I also discovered my vans engine compartment was smoking and found liquid profusely pouring out of the undercarriage onto the street. At least Mercedez roadside assistance was kind enough to comp the tow back to the dealership. The next day when I went in to pickup my van and was told that a plastic clip had broken and that was what caused the leak and smoke. They did NOTHING to address the oil overfilling because "they didn't see the code" despite me explicitly telling them that a bulb for it had come on for that issue. They only fixed the overfilling when I refused to take the van without the issue being addressed, and even then they drained it until it was at the minimum level on the dipstick, quality service. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and I can really say the only positives from it were the free quart of oil they gave me after under filing it and the fact that my pre-paid maintainence is up and I don't have to go back to them the next time I need my vehicle serviced.
