Had some warranty work done. Was told it would take about an hour or so to complete. It took more than 5 hours. Poor communication from the service advisor. I had to ask numerous times when the vehicle would be done. He never made an effort to communicate with me. Each time he told me about an hour.

Also, they reset the computer system so I am unable to complete an emissions test for registration. I was not told they were going to do this.

I will return, since it's the only dealer within 100 miles.

Seemed like a busy couple of days and received good service. Only area where there could be some improvement is calling back when they said they would so I didn't have to reach out for updates so much. More communication is always a good thing. Thanks for getting my car back on the road MBoR!

Bought a used 07 Mazda CX-7 from them. They provided excellent customer service and took good care of the vehicle before selling it to us. Whether you're buying new or used, I highly recommend buying from Mercedes Benz of Reno. I also recently bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from their used inventory and could not be happier with the purchase. Everyone who I interacted with was professional, courteous and willing to listen.

They gave me the price I wanted, bent over backwards to make it happen, and in both instances provided quality control beyond what is typically seen in used vehicle purchases.

It is great dealing with David Rowe. He is a very professional salesman and not at all pushy. David spent a great deal of time explaining how to operate all the features of our new E400. This is our third car purchase at MB and find it to be an overall pleasant experience. Great dealership with great people.

My 2020 Sprinter Van had a leak in the rear differential while on a road trip near Reno and heading down to Mammoth Lakes. I did not have an appointment, but Brandon Muhlenburg, the Service Advisor, found a way to squeeze me in. The short-handed and booked crew fixed the issue, completed a recall service and got me back on the road in a few hours. Great service and quality work! Thanks

Dave, Jim, Brock, and Javier make you feel like you are the most important person at any given moment. They are patient and pay attention to all the details, while never rushing you. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Ken Payne. When we said we were just looking he did not hesitate and gave us his full attention. Ken is very knowledgable and was able to find the perfect car for us which we drove home the same day. He introduced us to Javier Dominguez, project concierge who set up the basic Mercedes me functions and made an appointment to come to our house to go over all questions after we had the vehicle for a few days. Javier was very through explaining all the bells and whistles . He offered to help anytime with questions. Great customer service!
I really appreciate the fact Ken called the next day to thank us and welcome us to the family.
All in all all the experience we had was fantastic.

I made an appt. for a simple scheduled service 10 days prior to coming to the dealership. At that time, I was told the service appt. would take 3 hours and then I should be on my way. My commute to the dealership was/is 1.5 hours, one way, as Reno is the closest service center to my home. Was promised a loaner and would be called once the car work was completed. I explained my situation to the scheduler.
After arrival, I was informed they could not get to my car that day. No call, no option to reschedule when the car could be done in a timely manner but being left with the burden of having to make another 3hour round trip the following week to pick up my car.
I have had to re-organize my week in the middle of moving to our new home ~ all the packing and meetings with service people, to take over three hours out of one day will be a tremendous inconvenience!!
There should have been a courtesy call made to advise me of the situation.
I was told by the service rep. that they have been short handed for some time.
Then why schedule people in such a careless manner.
This is not what I expected from an upscale dealership that seems to exude quality service ~ rather a disappointment.

Mercedes Benz of Reno was Awesome. They were helpful, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the work that they do. They fixed my sons sunroof on his Mercedes C-230 and when we picked it up they let us know about a few issues the car has that we were not aware of. We will definitely come back in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone that wants an experienced team working on their Mercedes bc with Mercedes Benz of Reno your car is definitely in good hands.

Have delt with Sales service and Parts departments since arriving in Reno nine years ago. Although the Reno dealership has changed hands during this period, The quality of service does not seem to have changed. My Service advisor and parts Lady have been most helpful in times of need. Since I currently own nine Mercedes of different vintages, I can speak with authority on the agency's support . They all do a good job.

My one hour car check up ended up being 3 1/2 hour...

My one hour car check up ended up being 3 1/2 hours I finally had had enough as I couldn t wait any longer to have the car wash.
Had I known this I would have had them drop me off at home instead of wasting my time waiting.
Do hope this is not the new norm for a check up.
