Made our intentions and car choice very clear, and we were never pressured into anything else. There was a mix-up with the car coming from Las Vegas, but once it arrived the process was seamless. Ken Payne was excellent, and I highly recommend dealing with him if he is available- no high-pressure tactics, just genuine "what do you want, ok this is what it will be" question and answers. I was very happy with my experience.
