Worst follow up service I have experienced in a long time. The reps seem to be happy to help, but good luck getting a hold of one who can help you. They said they would call back 3 times. After 48 hours never got a call. Then they gave me someone s personal line to call and the number had been disconnected. Either they are understaffed or their call centers CRM is on the fritz. Because getting a single question answered has taken me more than 3 days and 10 phone calls. Ultimately I scheduled a service appointment and hoping to get my question answered then.
