Highly Disappointed. I contacted Mercedes-Benz of Reno in hopes and interest of purchasing a used vehicle. Reserved it, drove 3 Hours, viewed the vehicle and made the purchase! I didn't even make it 15 Miles away from the dealership/ 20 Mins and the car indicated signs of overheating!!! While I will commend the dealership for handling it quickly. I got a call the next day from a manager stating that.... well they were going to give me my money back and that was that. After my credit was run, drove 6 HOURS round trip, spent the entire day dealing with this car, and a LOST day of wages, all I got was... "whelp I'm not sure what to tell you".
When I asked for this to be documented and them put it in writing that they were not going to repair the vehicle and refund my money, I was told "I'm not doing that", and apparently there's NOTHING they could provide stating the sale is now null and void. Honestly this left a very poor taste in my mouth. Not only did they have a vehicle that THEY placed on THEIR lot for sale, this shouldn't have happened in the first place!! If the vehicle was inspected as closely as they say, this should have been caught sooner, prior to being placed for sale. So if I could recommend any take away, THINK again. Dealerships don't catch everything. Then I'm told they can't refund my money for up to 10-12 days!!! I will not recommend this dealership.
