Just moved to the Sierras and had occasion to bring my Mercedes to the Reno service center which is the closest to us. We moved from Monterey and were concerned that our experience with the dealership would not be as wonderful as we had shared with Monterey. We were so pleasantly pleased that it was just as warm, friendly and professional as we were used to. Every bit of the experience was perfect and we will continue to go to Reno for our Mercedes. We have owned at least five Mercedes and will continue to do so. We are about to purchase another. Thanks, Dustin!
