Also upon getting my car back there was major rippling on the inside of my car, by the center council skd instead of saying ma am you have a warranty let s fix it which I reminded the gentlemen because my SA wasn t around ever he wanted to argue. My name is pedro vicente, I just bought a 2020 amg cla45 on august 1st and the AC stopped cooling 7days later so I take it back to fix it and all they said they just need more free on it. if anybody buys a over 70,000 new car we are gonna expect to get a new car right? not a car they will give you. headache every week I go back to the dealer ship and they told me there is nothing they can do! I will not recommend for anybody to buy cars from this dealership now. I m driving a new car with no AC and 100F out side

Ever since I bought my Mercedes last year I have been impressed. I have not had a single problem with my C300 AWD Sport. It s amazing in the snow, fun and fast in the summer. I was even more impressed with how I called and asked to make an appointment for four new tires, alignment and they got me in the next day. Service was excellent and I was even more impressed Mercedes had a shuttle to take me home or wherever I needed so I didn t have to wait there while they worked on my car. My experience with Joe handling the problem with my gas tank was beyond fabulous! He let me know that the issue would be taken care of with no charge, obtained a loaner car for me and was extremely efficient, keeping me informed as to the progress. I can t thank him enough and will always return to that dealership.
Brought my sprinter to reno today for a recall appt regarding the airbag. ( an important safety feature) I received notification of the recall well over a month and half ago. The notification stated the dealership would have the parts available to them. I first called on 11/18/2017 to schedule an appt .and was told they did not have the parts, that they would call when they had them in. Two weeks passed and I called to follow up and was transferred to the parts dept. Before securing the appt. To make sure the parts were in stock, I was assured the parts were there and transferred back to scheduling where I scheduled my appt. For 1 week later. Mind you we live 1 1\2 hours away 160 miles round trip. I drove the sprinter to reno and my husband drove our car after work to meet me and do shopping during the appt. We came back 2 1/2 hours later to pick up our sprinter only to be told that they did NOT have the part in stock and we would have to reschedule. I even received a courtesy call yesterday confirming I was coming. Maybe they should be re confirming the parts are there to perform the service as well. The service rep was apologetic, but only offered to maybe buy gas for my CAR the NEXT time I come over, incurring another 160 miles on 2 vehicles for a recall appt. Not impressed. Frustrated and annoyed.

If you are considering purchasing a Mercedes ask for Jonathan Perez. He is very knowledgeable about what inventory is currently on the lot. If you want something that they currently have he will locate it and have it shipped. He was more excited to share all of the technology and details the car had to offer and never had the attitude of a sales man. He just shared knowledge. He was beyond grateful we gifted him a bottle of wine at the signing of paper work and even forwarded a few pod cast to us that are very inspiring.
Ken the sales manager also deserves a big shout-out. He has a great sense of humor you might not see at first. He has a gentle and kind energy about him that is grounding and helpful when making a big decision. Ken is also very knowledgeable about Mercedes as well.

I took my S class 3 times to the service department at this place and each time I get the car back with a new problem. One time I received the car after service with a dent on the back. Most recently few days ago also took the car for routine service and they gave it back to me with loud rattling noise comes on while driving. So disappointed and frustrated by them! I don t trust them to do any service on my car anymore!
JARETT BURROWS is the person I deal with when it comes to my car service or warranty. he is the most honest person I have ever seen in my life when it comes to car servicing. he show's me so much respect every time I talk to him on person or on the phone. my GLA-250 is my baby and he takes care of it so carefully. I know most people goes to marcedecz are rich people and I am not but this is my 1st luxury car and JARETT just treats me so well he is not looking into my pocket to sell stuff but I always follow his recommendations because of his honesty. every time I walk in and I know JARETT is going to take care of me and my car I never worry. My recent experience was horrible. I called the service number to see if any same day appointments were available to have my "check engine " light checked out. Lucky for me there were time slots available. I took an appointment two hours later because I live 45 minutes from the dealership.
I am thinking to myself wow! how lucky am I a same day appointment on a Monday no less. Foolish of me. This was an appointment to make an appointment. Yes, that is correct. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to be told that the call center in Las Vegas was not scheduling actual service appointments but, appointments to come to the dealership to discuss what service was needed and to schedule an actual service appointment. - An appointment to make an appointment....
I was told they MIGHT be able to squeeze me in, can I leave the van, better yet can I leave the van overnight. What??? I just drove in the van to the dealership., I live 45 minutes away, can't someone come get you? What??? No loaner offered.
The explanation was that "they are having problems with the Las Vegas call center;" I asked for a manager - "sorry he is on vacation." Uggah
I left and called the service number because I wanted to speak with a manager in the call center. Interesting, I asked the women on the phone if she was in Reno and she said yes. Hmm. Long story short, after asking for a manager I was connected with the Director of Sales, a loaner suddenly became available and my van was fixed the same day.
The WTF issues is calling to schedule a service appointment only to be scheduling an appointment to make an appointment. Not only BONKERS, but very disrespectful of my time.
I had a great experience they where every helpful no hassle. The salesman and used car manager answered all my questions and concerns. The finance lady was very helpful in explaining everything to me and helping me to make good choices.

Relatively good place to get cars even if they aren't the same brand. They couldn't tell me when they were receiving a car that I was buying here, only that it was on the way, otherwise the service and speed would have gotten them 5 stars.
While there was a little confusion at the time of purchase, MB Reno made it right.

The first time I bought a used vehicle from this dealership, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ken Payne. The no-pressure, friendly communication style was refreshing, especially having survived other dealerships prior to that. Several years later, when it was time for my next vehicle, I was ecstatic that what I was looking for was on the Mercedes used lot. Ken Payne was still there, to my relief, and we did the deal on my target car. The interaction with Ken was even better than last time - what a pleasure! And it was no different working with the finance department. I was shown all of the available extra options and warranties, and was even advised that some of those options were really not suited for me. There was one option that was recommended that I declined, and that was the end of it; no pressure, no hard-sell, nada, just acceptance. Who ever heard of such a thing? I will *always* go to Mercedes-Benz of Reno first. Oh, and the prices are fair from the get-go, not inflated with the expectation that you have to do battle for a fair price.

I was treated with respect and kept informed of the repair progress. If you are lucky enough to get Antonio as your service agent you will be counting your lucky stars. I also felt that the actual repair work was done quickly and the explanation was clear and understandable.
They seem to try hard but do always seem to not have enough people working. I called their main number and then pushed 1 for service. It rang about 20 plus times and then said to call back. You could not even leave a message. I called again and pressed 4 which is not service or sales and did eventually end up with a very nice and helpful person but I still am not sure if and when my car will be ready. Time frames and appointments don''t seem to help that much either. I love my car but would hesitate to buy another Mercedes because they are hard to deal with.
i live two hours from this service center so i booked service several weeks out when they confirmed a loaner vehicle would be available. i called a service advisor and asked for a price quote in the specific transmission flush service i needed. i was quoted $450, when i arrived the service advisor told me it would be $550 then told me they had no loaner cars available. i told them i wasn t willing to uber home and back the next day and that i d schedule the service for a future date. i was then told to wait for 20 minutes for a different service advisor... she proceeded with the paperwork, told me the service would be $850 and that she could get me a loaner vehicle. she made a big deal about the amount of fuel in the tank and to make sure that i brought it back with at least that much fuel in the tank. fine... the dirtiest car i ve ever driven, actually went straight to the car wash (who washes a loaner car?!)
the actual price of service, $900+
why is there a $53 miscellaneous charge above parts, labor, fluid and disposal. oh, that s for rags. really? $53 for rags... fine
i pay my bill and go to get my vehicle but need to wait another 20 minutes as they re washing it. ok, nice. the valet that delivered the vehicle left the door open while starting it (something this dealer told me not to do because of an unfixable software flaw with this mercedes) so now i ve got a loud chime (think seatbelt or door open sound) that won t stop for the entirety of my two hour drive home. finally home, i climb under the vehicle to inspect the work i see transmission fluid dripping from the chassis cross members. i use a rag to wipe up the mess, it s all over the place, incredibly sloppy work. it does not appear to be leaking but instead was just slopped all over the bottom of the vehicle and they made zero use of those $53 in rags.
bottom line, ugh.. this dealership makes service painful (and don t even get me started about the service advisor who pulled his mask down to tell the customer he was working with next to me that this covid thing is just a big hoax and we all need to get on with our lives) i also use lexus, bmw and tesla service centers for my other vehicles and this experience was leagues below standard.

What a great experience. I used a personal bank for financing and they worked directly with the bank to make it seamless. A very family friendly organization which went above when accommodating children. I would highly recommend giving them a chance for your business. The service department is also fantastic. Schedule a service 6 months after purchase. Most dealers never did what these guys offer.

Took my old 2001 Mercedes s500 to be diagnosed at this dealership few weeks back and they correctly told me that the tranny was fine after being told it was malfunctioning by another shop downtown. Now, you could say they saved me over 4 grand by telling me the truth. And they did! Always get a 2nd or 3rd opinion when it comes to big jobs...and btw, Quamie, (name misspelled I'm sure) gave me great advice as to what to do or not because the old s500 wasn't worth fixing anyway.
We had an AMAZING experience with the Mercedes Reno dealer!! The store manager was helpful, friendly and from our local area! He got our Mercedes motorhome in immediately since we still had a good 20 hour drive back to MN. We were so blessed and thankful for their timely and courteous service! We highly recommend them! Also, not to forgot they got our dog a water dish and two treats . THANK YOU!!
Went in for a complimentary birthday check up and wash. Was told it would take 1 hour. At about 1 hour and 15 minutes I checked on the car and was told they were finishing up. At the 2 hour mark I check on the car again and was told it s waiting for a wash, the only thing I was there for. Ended up taking 3-3.5 hours to wash a car. Missed my other appointment. Every time I bring my car in I have a similar experience. People here are terrible and do not care.

Appointment time kept. Thankfully, nothing major needed to be done, but service advisor kept me informed along the way. Very good service and appreciated the heads up about issues AS they arose. I needed to have car checked out and 140K service done, including tire rotation, in anticipation of 700 mile road trip the next day. Most impressed that all work done and car rode beautifully. Kudos to Mercedes-Benz.

Great. Omar, the service advisor, took our car in right away for diagnostic service on our battery. Informed us our battery is still good. Had us speak with a technician as well.
Left it up to us to decide on replacing the battery or not. No charge for diagnostics.
Price to replace the battery is reasonable compare to where we live in Bakersfield Mercedes Benz service dealership.

While the team was not good about returning my calls for status of service, or proactively providing updates after a week in the shop for a repair, they did complete the repair, which was under warranty, and tried to resolve the problem even though it did take time. I did give MB of Reno another opportunity to service my vehicle and they kept the turn around time as well as delivery time, but the price quoted on the phone for just an alignment when making the appointment as quite lower than the price charged when picking up my vehicle. This has happened before and is an issue that needs to be addressed so quoted fixed pricing is the same as charged.

MB Reno always goes above and beyond for me. Took my RV in for the driver s side airbag and they made everything so easy. From setting the appointment for the day and time I needed, to the speed of this service and the wash and vacuuming they performed, it was an a great experience. I recently purchased a used 2019 Subaru Outback from Mercedes and was surprised it was the best deal in town for a Subaru being a Benz dealership. The customer service was phenomenal, Jonathan Perez, was my sales men and took great care of me. This was my first time purchasing a car and he made the buying process smooth and fun.
The car had a TPMS issue from the last owner caused by changing the rims. This caused the system to malfunction and the tire pressure light to stay on. I noticed the day after my purchase and told Jonathan. He made it a point to make sure this issue was resolved immediately on his day off. He contacted the GM and service department to escalate the problem right away. I was able to drop off my vehicle day of contacting Jonathan.
Cameron Nurse, in the service department was very friendly and made sure I was able to get my car back promptly and getting me in without a scheduled appointment.
I may have not bought a Mercedes from this dealership but I felt that I did with the customer service I received.

I purchased my Vehicle at Auto Nation Roseville with on Oil Change Package. Then I moved and the closest Auto Nation is in Reno. Mercedes Reno is an Auto Nation Dealer. I make an appointment very nice and easy. I try to make my appointment early so I can get in and out quick. Unfortunately they have not figured out how to be quick.
The Service Dept. called the night before to make sure I was coming so he could get the parts ordered. Yet I waited two hours and they wanted me to wait another 30 minutes for a Comp. Car Wash. No thank you!
I have other things I need to do today. I have one more Oil comp maybe they can get 1 in 7 done quickly.

We bought our GLK via the internet from Mercede-Benz of Reno. They made the process very easy and attended to every detail along the way. Both our sale person Jerry Juskiw and the manager were very helpful. Our new GLK should arrive in the next few days!!!
I took my GLC in for her first service. Was greeted promptly and checked in with Brandon. My car was serviced and washed all in the time they gave me. Relaxed a bit in the lounge area. This is my fourth MB and I love it.
The customer service and MB of Reno is superb. The sales people are patient and kind, working to gain a customer's trust. I would definitely recommend this dealership anyone is search of a luxurious car in the future.
We had an appt for 940am to have brakes to RV adjusted. Was told when making appt that maybe would be 1.5 to 2 hrs. We dropped off, went to Walmart til 1230, came back to see our RV being taken for what we thought was a test drive after adjusting.
Maybe 30 min maximum later we were told that it was performing normal, no adjustment necessary. I asked why it took so long to get to that conclusion, as we waited over 3 hours, and was told it took a long time to first do a complete safety check before checking the brakes. I couldn't believe that and asked the serviceman how long he had our rig. His answer, 1/2 hour.
They were very busy.
So, why make an appt to wait 2.5 hours and why be told a story?
My husband still doesn't buy that the brakes are normal.
