On our most recent visit the price quoted for the service we requested was different from what the service department at the dealership told us. We were told is was because the prices are quoted out of Las Vegas. It would be good if they could tighten that process up.
Also, our van needed two airbags (recalls). They knew that the afternoon before when we dropped it off and in the morning when they called, but then they called back in the afternoon to tell us they didn't have one of the parts. We had to leave it there an extra day.
