Have been here time after time in a one year perio...

Have been here time after time in a one year period. Never once have had a good experience. I now travel from Minden to ElDorado Hills CA to get my service done!
Once I left my car there for 8 days (I was travelling.) Had asked for oil service as light was on, and to check out a noise. Picked up vehicle, not 5 minutes down the road my oil light came on. Service agent, oh forgot to do that!
Next was told noise I was continually hearing checked out and was just rubbing, took it to Folsom, yup an $800 repair...covered by warranty though!
Unbelievable how unprofessional, egotistic employees here in Reno are. Totally worth the drive to go elsewhere! After reading reviews I read similar things I have experienced at this particular dealership. Managers are unavailable and just as incompetent
