I was impatient from start to finish with my experience. I was scheduled in a timely manner, dealt with courteously and professionally, and the issue with my Mercedes Sprinter van was completely resolved. Mark, the service manager, was extremely helpful and even found a recall I was unaware of, and took care of that at the same time!
